thank you, Canobie Lake Honda for great service. I specially want to think Zach Johnston for being very professional, and extremely helpful. Everyone was wonderful and professional. That’s what keeps me going back. Keep up the good work.

I was greeted by Martin Shipon quickly and professionally. He reviewed the issues that needed to be addressed. One was a tire pressure issue and the other a fuel pump recall. He was clear about the time needed and, as discussed when I had made the appointment, had a rental car waiting. The time was quick and easy. The car was ready at the end of the day as promised and Martin reviewed everything with me. This was my first time using Rockingham I will definitely make it my service provider from now on. Thank you for a good experience.

I arrived early and my car was take. The service person John was very pleasant and offered that I did not have to wait for the oil change, that it could be done at the same time. He asked if there was anything else I needed and I mentioned two broken pieces and he ordered them for me. A very nice experience and I would strongly recommend Rockingham Honda for a new vehicle and certainly for service.

I found Martin to be amazingly customer oriented where he went above and beyond what would be considered excellent customer service. I called with my head light out making it uncomfortable for me to drive at night. Several places I called even dealerships gave me minimum a weeks wait. When I called and spoke to Martin, he understood my concern and fit me in. I also got an oil change and he found my transmission needed a change in fluid. That aside two nails were discovered in one tire and they were honest enough to tell me that they were bought elsewhere at a club rather than sell me a tire. When I went to the club they at first said there was no nail but on my insistence they found one and said it was little and was not leaking but they gave me a new tire anyway. It proved to me that your team is exceptional when other places can’t even find a small nail. Your team saw it and knew it needed replacement. Outstanding. Again I made another appointment with you when Martin said my car could use these services because I felt a trust with him and i knew that I hadn’t had these services done. I had a problem with a previous car that was ignored by using people I could not trust and it cost me that car

Anyway. Martin is very knowledgeable and helpful and I appreciate that he went above and beyond for me.

I was assisted by John and from beginning to end, his service was outstanding! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating. I don’t live in Salem, but will definitely go out of my way to go to Rockingham Honda for any future maintenance needed on my car. Highly recommend to anyone who needs services from Honda!

I’ve been to multiple Honda dealerships while looking for a new car, this was one of them on the list. I narrowed it down to this location and another but Rockingham Honda was able to get the car I wanted to the lowest price. The salesman I worked with, Anthony, was down to earth, was straight to the point, didn’t beat around the bush like majority of the other places. Great communication and timely manner. I felt iffy on the paperwork at first but he made sure to break everything down so I could understand. Super chill work environment. This has probably been the best car buying experience I’ve had yet.

I was greeted by Ryan, who was very professional and answered all of my questions.
I was in for a battery test, which showed that I did need one, and was told that I was overdue for a brake service, so I waited until both were completed. This didn’t take long, and I was on my way. My vehicle is running great!

Ryan was terrific! Very helpful and professional. This was a welcome change for me as I haven’t been satisfied with the staff in the past.

Although….Ryan attempted to fix a couple issues for me in the screen. The changes appeared to work initially, but ended up not fixing the issue.

Some settings on the vehicle just cannot be changed.

The manager for the repair department over at the Toyota dealership which is for both Toyota and Honda at this location his name is Mel, he is very patient very good man, the work that was done again was absolute on the spot 100%. I will keep referring and bringing my business to this particular man at these businesses that are together up at Rockingham Honda and Toyota Salem New Hampshire, my recommendations for anybody is very very high Mel knows what he's doing and does keep you informed at all times, and if there's anything you need or questions he has no problem answering or getting back in touch with you. I will use him in the company over there every time for oil changes anything I need done ,very well done job.

This was my second time at Rockingham Honda. Both times it was a really nice experience. All of the staff was very friendly and professional. Service was done in a reasonable and satisfactory time. I do plan to return in the future and make Rockingham Honda the only place to have my car serviced. I highly recommend them to service your Honda.

This is the finest dealership I’ve been to in my entire life (and I’ve worked at one!). I made the mistake of going to Commonwealth Honda in Lawrence, and these guys resolved my issues and then some. Kevin, Martin, Ryan, Paul, Steve- Thank you again for the exceptional service, the genuine concern and the peace of mind which is seldom found in any dealership.

Professional, knowledgeable, personable, courteous --- In addition he kept me up-to-date on the progress of my service with periodic ETAs -- as I was in the waiting room. He also arranged for an annual inspection without prior knowledge, saving me a potential scheduling problem...

Without input from me, he noted, and applied, a Veterans discount...🤗

Needless to say, all the items that the car needed were addressed perfectly, giving me confidence of continued reliability.

I actually had two cars serviced there one on Tuesday, the other on Wednesday. In both cases the service your team provided was outstanding. Both Paul on Tuesday and Martin on Wednesday we’re extremely helpful, informative and explained the process and provided updates as necessary. The entire service experience for both cars was 5 Star!

I recently had surgery and can’t drive so Honda set up valet service to pick up my vehicle. There was some error at Honda and Paul Persian addressed it immediately. He honored my request and had my vehicle returned in a very timely manner. I will continue to use Rockingham Honda for my vehicle needs . As always Very pleased

I always get great service at Rockingham Honda. Staff is friendly and always tell me exactly what maintenance was done and what will need to be done on my next visit. I live 35 miles away but come to Rockingham Honda because I trust their service department and always get great service there. I also had a great experience buying my current car there recently

I went to Rockingham Honda for an oil changed on Saturday . The Manager was really professional. I was taking care of by Jonathan Swallow he was really nice. Very professional and gave me great customer service. I was very pleased m.

Service representative, Jonathan was very friendly and helpful with all my concerns and also verified that there were no major recalls except for the one I have scheduled at the end of June , spoke about the radio freezing and he checked into it and let me know that there was a software problem and a update coming soon.
Very satisfied with Jonathan and hope to see him again at the end of June for a scheduled fuel pump recall .
All in all He is a very caring and professional employee for your dealership

My low tire pressure light came on while driving. This was the closest Honda dealer to me so I pulled in. They helped me right away, checking the pressures and discovering a nail in one tire. They were able to fix the tire promptly. Steve was very helpful.

The staff and service at Rockingham Honda are phenomenal! I have taken my 2014 Honda CRV there since it had 13,000 miles and now it’s at 115,000 miles. I always leave that Service department pleased with the customer service, price, and time it took to perform the service(s). I highly recommend every Honda owner to take their Honda vehicles there to get serviced. Also, if you are looking for a Service Technician in particular, be sure to ask for Johnathan Swallow! John will go above and beyond to make sure that YOU are satisfied with your visit. I will continue to bring my vehicle(s) to get serviced there as long as they do not change. If they do change, I hope it’s for the better if that’s even possible.

Super professional outfit, on time and superior communications!! Martin was a consummate professional who kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process. I even sprang a coupon on him at the last minute and he went and had that $25 deducted from my bill. Love love love rockingham Honda!!
