We had an amazing time at Snake River Grill. It was our first night at Jackson and we were so happy we chose this place.

Service is 10/10. Our waiter was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful

Food 10/10. No words. Everything looks good and tastes even better

Overall the best place we have tried in this town so far!

At the recommendation of the lady I sat next to on UA2237 flight, my family and I tried Snake River Grill. We called ahead and made reservations for 6 at 7:30pm. We arrived and there was a short wait while they finished seeing the table. My sister didn't like the location of the table, so we opted to wait a little longer and got a booth. I had a custom drink which looked like sunshine and tasted delicious. I had the Scallops my 1st course, Rice & Peas as my Small Plate, and the Rabbit Saddle Roulade as my main course. I really loved that the Peas tasted fresh in both the Scallops and the Rice & Peas. Although I liked my meal, my dad's meal of Roasted Carrots and Rack of Lamb looked perfect. It looks like the restaurant is listed at $50 - $100 per person. I think $100 - $150 is a better estimate. We leave tomorrow to return to Texas and I forgot my Credit Card at this restaurant (they called and left a voicemail to let me know). I like their customer service and I hope I can get my CC back before I go.

We stayed in Jackson when we went skiing at Jackson hole. The place is very popular and we couldn’t make a reservation for dinner on the same day and then we tried walk-in. We was told it would be 45-60min waiting, so we made a reservation for the next day. The atmosphere is great, and the receptions are very helpful. We tried Snake River area raised flank steak and dry-aged NY steak from Montana. Both of them are delicious.
One thing would make it better if the restaurant can provide free bread before meal.

Visited the Snake River grill last Thursday with my wife and another couple. You you should make reservations for this popular restaurant.

Prior to going to the restaurant, we went to the Jackson Winery, where we bought a couple of cases of wine. We bought two extra bottles to bring with us for dinner that night as well. The restaurant has a corkage fee of $30 per bottle, which wasn't terrible.

My wife had salmon, which was absolutely delicious. It was done just right, and it tasted delicate and flavorful.

I had a wagyu sirloin steak which the restaurant had labeled with proprietary name. It was absolutely delicious! It was tender, full of flavor and texture. It was a large portion as well.

Our waitress was very accommodating to boot - she was very attentive, regularly checking on our wine and whether we needed anything else. We made sure we tipped her well!

We went to a number of different restaurants in Jackson Hole last week, and the Snake River Grill was perhaps the best we visited. I highly recommend it!

All the food we had were really good!
1. Steak tartare pizza - well-seasoned and the crispy/roasted pizza on which the tartare lay was a perfect match
2. Foie gras Torchon - good portion size, love the sides and pretty worth it for the price
3. Pan-Seared Striped Bass - mine was a smidge overcooked but still good nonetheless
4. Crispy Roasted Cauliflower - topnotch! Must try!
5. Dark Chocolate Custard - rich and decadent and not too sweet. The meringue paired with the custard was top notch.
5. Tequi’s knees cocktail - really good, tasted like a margarita.

Service was awesome! It was packed at around 645pm on a wednesday so make sure to have a reservation when you come in.

Would definitely be back if in Jackson, recommend!

This is a top tier, classy restaurant in Jackson Hole serving delicious local proteins in unique and delightful ways. Our entire party has no complaints about our entrees (a major testament to the overall quality because we are culinarily very critical). They were were fresh, refined, and had brilliant flavor. The salads were also fresh and were a perfect way to start the meal. A couple of minor miscues that did not detract from the overall experience were as follows:

- I ordered the special salad with fresh cherries. Though delicious, there were two pits. One I avoided, one I did not. That's an error I wouldn't expect a restaurant of this caliber to make once, let alone twice.

- the summer soup broth with charred eggplant and veggies was a little imbalanced and heavy handed with a fennel flavor which overpowered a lot of the other delicate flavors.

- the desserts were ok, but next time I would just go back to Moo's Ice cream parlor and get some more huckleberry ice cream.

Overall though, between the high quality service (little things like serving all the entrees at the same time), and absolutely flawless entrees, SRG cannot be anything but 5 stars, even with a few minor missteps. You cannot go wrong eating here. It's a true gem.

Top notch restaurant with outstanding food and beautiful interior. The attention to detail is remarkable. Service was excellent. High quality food. One of the best steaks I've ever had. The green chile onion rings were a delicious unique treat.

Unless I missed it, there is no elevator access for the handicapped. Steep outside stairs. (I tripped and fell climbing stairs in wet weather.)

Delicious food in a buzzy, convivial setting. Don't go expecting to hang out at the bar, which is reserved for diners. The steak tartare pizza is an absolute must-order standout.

Superb steak. Good cocktails and desert — we loved the “SRG Bars” and expresso martinis. My group of four got seated in a great corner booth at 9pm and had a good experience all around. Felt grown-up and classy.

Set in a second floor overlooking snow king mountain on one side and the town square on the other, Snake River Grill has been providing one of Jackson’s finest and best culinary experiences. Adorned to feel as cozy as a cabin lodge in the Teton range, SRG welcomes you with a beautiful fireplace in the middle of the restaurant, and rustic decoration throughout that makes you feel like you are in an old school steakhouse. The menu however is far from that with innovative plates and options from 4-time James Beard award nominated chef Jeff Drew. To begin our culinary experience here, we decided to start with the Foie Gras Terrine which was covered in a carrot reduction that was accompanied by strings of carrot. This plate was amazing and surpassed our expeditions. I followed this with New Zealand Elk chops for my entree. These exquisite chops were accompanied by a sweet potato reduction and whole sweet potatoes as well. After an active day in the slopes and snowmobiling, this plate was the answer to my prayers as it was very filling and cooked to perfection in how elk should be prepared. The service was outstanding as well with very knowledgeable and kind servers that made the experience even more worth the while. All this great food along with the cozy fireplace and great service, made a cold snowy Wyoming night into a cozy and warm evening. Wether you visit Jackson in the winter, summer, fall or spring, Snake River is a must visit in your culinary tour of what Wyoming has to offer.

Fantastic dining experience during the pandemic!
We sat indoors, but tables were really well spaced out, hand sanitizer was widely available, and staff were all masked.

We had the pumpkin gnocchi to start, and ordered an old fashioned and french 75 - these weren't on the menu, but they said they were happy to make them for us and both came out delicious! The gnocchi was buttery and perfect to share.

For entrees, we did the hanger steak and scallops (a special). The steak was juicy and perfectly cooked, but THE SCALLOPS MY GOD! These were the largest scallops I have ever had (no idea where they were caught), and they were tender, had the perfect sear, and were accompanied by some insanely flavorful puree (alas, can't remember what it was). The truffle fries are a favorite of ours, so we had a side of those as well and were stuffed by the end.

Definitely a must if you're in town! (make a reservation well ahead of time!)

We had a great time. Starting with the rustic atmosphere and the cozy table, we felt welcome right away. Our sever Craig was excellent. We started with roasted autumn squash soup and baby lettuces. The soup was lovely and the salad was fresh and light. Our waiter suggested two delicious entrees off the menu, the walleye and the schnitzel. Both were superb. The pace of our service was perfect. We will definitely be coming back to enjoy this exceptional restaurant.

My girlfriend and I reserved a balcony table for two to celebrate our anniversary, and the experience was everything we'd hoped for. The atmosphere was perfect the whole time, especially later into the night. We sat outside, and there was little breeze, the temperature was perfect, and we weren't bothered by bugs at all. The timing may have just been right, but Snake River Grill impressed us with very warm and friendly service, as well as great food. The hostess accommodated us so well— a big thank you to her! And our server, Craig, did an amazing job all night. His knowledge of the menu, diligence, attention to detail, patience, and sense of humor combined to help make a comfortable and relaxed night. The food itself was amazing. The tartare pizza was entirely new to us, but it was a big hit. My girlfriend ordered potato gnocchi, which was superb. And we shared a wagyu flank steak, which was the highlight of the night. For dessert, we tried the eskimo bars, which were a delightful end to the night. And of course, we made sure to tip Craig well, because he did a fantastic job. All in all, if you are prepared for the price (don't expect it to be cheap; this place will deservedly snatch up a few bucks), Snake River is a wonderful overall experience. Thank you!

Excellent food fast service. They took our reservation over the phone and our credit card (we wanted a different time and asked if an opening would appear to let us know) we reserved for 5:45 dinner and were called later that the 8pm opened up. We are the buffalo mozzarella (unusual presentation but very good) the Cesar salad also an unusual presentation but dressing was perfect. We took the Halibut and the special fish both of which were very good. The Eskimo bars were so memorable that 5 years later when we went back to Jackson Hole we came back to the restaurant and for that desert.
The location is great too: great stores, nice people & free parking.

Every course was delightful. Very flavorful and each item on the plate complimented the other very well. It was more expensive than other restaurants but the setting and food were great for our anniversary dinner.
