InTown Suites Extended Stay Richmond VA - Chester

My daughter and I stayed here for a little over 3 months and we had a great experience. We met some of the most loving & kind people we’ve ever met and we will miss them dearly (including the staff) Michelle runs a tight ship and her priority is guest safety so u will feel safe! Erica that does housekeeping is amazing at what she does and she also has an amazingly positive energy about her that is uplifting. She’s a ray of sunshine. Then there’s Ms. Jackie whom was always a pleasure to be around as well. Last but not least there’s Kenny, the Jack of all trades, the muscles behind the operation. Everyone here was always very kind and helpful as well as understanding. I’m really going to miss this place but I will always have the memories of a time in my life that I will never forget. Thank you all for being such wonderful people and for treating us so well!

Michelle is an amazing manager. She and her team do a great job of providing clean, well kept rooms, and a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment for everyone. The location is close to stores and bus shops making it incredibly convenient.

It's clean and safe area. The manager Michelle is great. House keeping is great. It's in walking distance to a grocery store a BDubs and a few other restaurants.

In my personal opinion since being here going on my 3rd week.

The housekeepers at this place are awesome. Michelle is 🤩 amazing. On Wednesday the housekeeper comes in after informing you; to do spot check, security check, mold checks. These girls are on point. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay while back in my home town. My room is what you call the upgraded room. Open floor plan, mini kitchen. BRAND NEW BED🤪🤪🤪🤪😛😛😛! Clean linen. I watch these girls work and man if you can’t appreciate these ladies here at this INTOWNSUITS Location you can’t appreciate nothing. Pest control comes out, maintenance man onboard, on point and top of his game. Michelle wear many hats here at this location too bad I can’t work here and live here. Nowhere else can I live with all the comforts of home, all inclusive accommodation aka amenities and have housekeeping services. The rate you pay is worth the stay.

When my husband and i moved in Richmond we did wait a part of renovation in our home,so we spent a while here. The rooms are very comfortable and good quality,clean and staff was really kind and nice.I just didn't like the fact that arround wasn't much stores or anything,but if you want to sleep well and have quite place this is good.That was 4 years ago so i don't know is it changed now but in that time was nice.

I stayed there for almost a year! Overall it was a nice stay! The remodeled rooms are very nice! That makes what you pay worth the stay. Any issues that I had were addressed in a reasonable amount of time. The manager, Michele is great! She goes far and beyond her duties to ensure people have a pleasant stay!

I've been here almost 3 years now. There has been 3 managers since then. I must say Michelle is by far the best. She will accommodate you in any way she can. The housekeepers, maintenance and the night time Property Attendant all help out if you need any assistance.

Michelle was awesome she is the best manager in there besides her fill in Denise. Also the overnight manager mr. Larry is awesome. I def would recommend people staying there. The cleaning ladies Miss Erica and Miss Ruby are very friendly and are very awesome.

Stayed here with my fiance for about 5 months and have no complaints staff is VERY friendly and issues we had they got right on them. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family!!
Michelle in the office is an absolute delight and the 2 maintenance men are a joy and very felpful

This place is very dirty. I was here a few years ago and management kept this place in perfect order. The first thing I smelled as I walked in after check in was marijuana!

Mrs Michelle is always a pleasure to get my keys from.the staff is warm inviting and courteous.... For the job they do I feel it's a beautiful situation to have employees like that..... employees are a backbone of the company they do a damn awesome job to me👍🏿

I had no issues I was there only a couple of days was suppose to stay for a job but didn’t office staff was nice and I had and issue with my unit she told me how to fix it no problem I stayed a prude st one and I loved it would book again

Room was clean, building clean, parking lot was clean everyone keeps to themselves only problem NO WASHCLOTHS.

Nice clean big rooms with full size fridge and 2 burner stove, full bathroom. Laundry room on site. There cable, internet and phone in each room. Table and two chairs, one or two beds one bed has a couch. Altogether nice place to stay .

FANTASTIC!!! if you like the smell of marijuana, little loud unsupervised kids running around at 3 am, rude staff and you don't mind your mail being opened - then this place is for you. As soon as I get strung out on meth, I will try to get back in there because the social services will pay for it.

Michelle has just been a joy, she really cares about this property and the people who stay there. I would definitely recommend this location to a anyone who needed to stay at a extended stay facility.

Staff was very professional and personable. It's a comfortable place to be. Employees are always on site when you need them. Definitely a great team!

The service was Awsome & I was very pleased by the room honestly will recommend some of my colleagues to book future stay

Manager is very nice. Plenty of room for my son to play and its nice to be able to cook and not have to order out all the time
