Alpenhof Lodge

Wonderful European style hotel. The building is older but meticulously maintained and very clean. Really good breakfast and coffee in the morning! The pastries are wonderful! The staff is the best, very friendly and helpful.

The location is great, only minutes from Teton National Park south entrance and on the other side of Teton is Yellowstone.

Just stayed here for the 2nd time and I wish I would have discovered it a long time ago. After staying in almost every hotel in the village this is our favorite. Has a non corporate European Inn feel to it. It's not the four seasons and were glad its not. Best location in Teton Village, the free breakfast is very good! The staff seems very happy and genuinely cares about the guests experience. I recognized many of them from a year ago. Loved the pool and hot tub, loved the bar for Apre, the fireplace and the reggae band! I hope this place never changes.

The rooms are quite large and tons of space and a nice king bed! Best hotel stay of my entire honeymoon!

This hotel is conveniently located in Teton Village, so an easy walk to the gondolas and shops. While a few updates are needed to the property, we’d absolutely stay here again because of the fun German atmosphere and very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Will be coming back to this place as long as I possibly can! The staff were so incredibly kind and gracious, they loved making conversation with all the guests and going out of their way to remember everyone personally. The house dogs were adorable and made our day multiple times. The complimentary breakfast was superb and the dining room had the greatest ambiance. Special thanks to Dominic for the blueberry muffins!

Great place to stay and breakfast was an awesome touch to the stay! Room was clean and functional. Attention to detail upon a late check-in to was great!

Excellent German restaurant with a very nice staff. I drank a giant mug of beer and enjoyed my dinner very much. Surprisingly easy to get a seat. Highly recommend over waiting for some of the other places in the village.

This place is awesome. With it being off-season we were treated to a very quiet retreat where the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in had a working fireplace which created a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast was also excellent. Would highly recommend and definitely will return if we are ever in the area.

Spent a night at the Alpenhof and was very impressed with the entire experience! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Many thanks to the gentleman who helped us retrieve our bags and even brought them to our rooms! The breakfast was excellent, as well as the service from the breakfast staff!

The staff was so friendly and accommodating to our family. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back in the future. The breakfast was really good and the rooms were clean, cute, and spacious.

Don’t understand the bad reviews. Been coming here for five years straight and always have a nice meal.

We saw all these recent one star reviews and were wondering if something happened; but nope not really.

I think it is possible they got jammed by the same covid-based staffing problems that caused Starbucks to close or people are judging them based on a Tuesday night in the shoulder season…But on Saturday night MLK weekend it was great.

Cute and cozy place, not as crowded as the other locations with a nice sauna and hot tub. The staff are great and Jason kindly posted my phone to me when I left in the room. Would definitely return.

My family and I had an absolute amazing experience here with super friendly staff and sweet waitress. The food is incredible and very authentic. Having been to Germany we didn't have high hopes for authenticity, but it was pretty much spot on. I was surprised to see that they are very family friendly and have kids menus. We highly recommend the dark chocolate fondue! Great visit and look forward to going back!

In-between seasons, post-skiing reservations netted a calm, quiet night's stay and virtually a private restaurant breakfast.

Breakfast is served @ 8 am, so we toured a couple of early morning Grand Teton sights, returning in time for a great, off-the-menu breakfast of our choice--no wonky waffles or hardboiled eggs from a buffet service.

Staff couldn't have been more welcoming! Any season would be the right time here.

The Alpenhof Lodge is a great place to stay. Our room was on the 3rd floor and the room was called The Bavarian King. We had a king bed and 4 regular sized pillows which were not too soft nor too firm. The sheets felt so good in my skin. And the bed was so comfortable. My husband and I slept like a log. We were well rested in the morning. We didn’t even have to turn the AC on because it was cold. We just opened the windows. This is a great place to stay. The elevator is a bit slow and there was a shortage of staff at the restaurant during breakfast time so we had to wait, but these didn’t matter because we woke up refreshed and happy and ready for the day ahead. Plus the lodge is nestled in this picturesque view of the mountains. Just beautiful!

the Hotel is really nice and in a great Location. The Food is outstanding and so is the Service. I enjoyed the Sauna very much. After a long Hike it was nice to relax. I look forward to my next trip and stay.

Food was delicious 😋 Our waiter named Vel, was the best!!! He was very professional, friendly and constantly checked on us to make sure we had all we needed and satisfied. I wanted a cocktail, and he asked them to make one for me. It was rather pricey in my opinion $24, but that wasn't the waiters fault. Vel made our evening enjoyable. It was our 3 year Anniversary and we wanted to try something new. They also accommodated our last minute reservation request.

Wonderful place to stay and wonderful restaurant. We came in an hour before the restaurant was set to close and there was only one guy and the hostess working. They worked super extremely hard to help every table despite so many people kept coming in. They were out of some items but he was still very nice.

The rooms we had were large and wonderful. Slept like rocks. :)

This is a beautiful hotel with lots of beautiful woodwork everywhere you look.
