As always this local CFA is clean, friendly, and fast. The atmosphere is easy to get along with And there’s always a place to sit inside. When grabbing take out the lines move so fast and even during lunch time it’s never a long wait.
All businesses could take a tip from the efficiency of how CFA is run!

I truly believe a fast food chain, or anything for that fact, should be reviewed on it's own merits and not comparing to others in the same category. With that said, Chick-fil-A operates the way that aligns with my personal expectations that I'd expect from any other company. They strive to exceed the norm. Clean environment, inside and out, including trash area outside. Making decisions to always improve the speed of the drive-thru experience by having multiple order-takers outside and a food runner to cars receiving orders before others, which works extremely well when weather permits. Each employee is well trained in interactions with customers. Even a canned "Its my pleasure" response is highly welcomed. I, also, can count on my order received being accurate. We've been there a lot and I can remember only one time the order was missing something. It's going to happen, but it seems they go out of their way to mitigate that issue. Lastly, the managers care. You can physically see managers providing instruction and direction to keep things moving, clean and fast .

Playground is gone as of March 2024, fyi parents of yound kids! No more indoor playplace.

The Peppermint Shakes are back for winter, and they are delicious. The long line goes quickly due to their strategy of having order takers and runners outside to assist. Everyone is always polite and courteous.

What you can expect from a Chick-fil-A. I just don't understand that they don't put sauce on your burger.. It was quite busy around lunch time, but they have a funny road system which made the wait ok

While I'm not big on the food here due to limited gluten free options, the atmosphere is great for young families. The play space is always clean and my family has made friends here we were able to hang out with and grow close to outside of the restaurant play space. The staff here is extremely polite and efficient, and the lemonade here is a solid 8/10. All in all we visit regularly to drink lemonade, socialize, and get to enjoy a playground without dealing with the summer's heatwave.

Had a delicious meal today at Chick-fil-a. The employees were very nice and polite. The sitting area was clean. I choose the Cobb salad with Avocado Lime Ranch dressing. The greens were crisp and the Chicken was hot and a good combination that was a little different than my normal Blue Cheese dressing. It was a good change up. I would recommend this as a place to grab a bite to eat, no matter what side you are on or you life choices. Food was delivered with a, "God bless" Eat more Chicken.

Timely service, good customer service. This location is far better than the Harrisonburg location.

Food is good, atmosphere is good

I have been to quite a few Chick-fil-A, and this one serves me the fastest. It's just amazing the speed of their service when you consider the amount of clients they have to serve. And the food is still at the Chick-fil-A high standard. I will continue to eat at this location.

The staff taking orders while you wait in line are quick and friendly. The wait was not bad about 8 minutes from start of order to pick up. My order was hot and correct. The management runs a smooth operation with good employees.

The food was really good, especially the fruit cup which was very fresh. Was also surprised that they had great service and a clean dining room despite how busy they were.

Great food, efficient service, feels a bit like a factory pumping out so many meals so fast. They seem to have a food system and great workers. Lemonade shake is great!

Pretty packed and still got our food pretty early. Gave is an extra chicken snadwhich with some nasty look cheese on it. I'm not sure if that was in purpose on not. They didn't provide straws, and the chocolate milk they gave with the kids' meal was open (the foil was hanging out like someone peeled it, then put the cap back on). Took up the milk to swap and get straws, and they helped me pretty efficiently. Everything else went well. Went later that night through the drive-through to get milkshakes, and it went smoothly. No issues.

This location is consistently good at what they do. Even at their peak of customers during service, they always have enough staff scheduled where if very smooth. This is my location if choice.

Almost always busy, but that never stops the staff from being their best. I've been at this location numerous times and I really have nothing bad to say.

Play place is always clean and well heated/cooled. Staff is friendly. Food is pretty typical of what you'd expect of this chain.

Chick-fil-A is our go to! No matter the length of the line you are in and out and always treated so kindly by every person you come in contact with! I never have to check my order like I do at other fast food locations because they never get it wrong! They are a company that works! The employees seem to really enjoy what they are doing and that says so much about the company and how they take care of the team! That goes a long way and it shows! We love Chick-fil-A and can't say it enough! We just wish we had one in Stephens City 😁
