Very convenient-love the drive through! Staff is very friendly, professional and helpful! Love having drop off bag option in drive through and having profile on file - makes drop off quick and easy. Also appreciate orders are usually ready within one day after drop off at no additional charge!

Puritan is super convenient with drive-thru drop-off and pick-up, a tagged customer bags for express drop-off. It's a little expensive, but worth it for the convenience and care they take with my clothes.

Always great service! Hands down. Associates have never been anything other than courteous and polite, delivery is great, and clothing well cared for. More expensive but worth it.

This location looks to be like they do everything. Was asked multiple times if I needed help (I was being assisted). Would not let me sign up for home delivery but that is okay. They have done great work in the past so hopefully they can save the items I dropped off.

Factorially the best cleaner in the Richmond metro area. Six cashmere sweaters turned around in one day and de-pilled without being asked, and at no extra charge. Curbside drop off and pick-up is fast, efficient, and convenient. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

They always make things right if you have a problem. Fast service pleasant workers. All around a great business to use.

We have always been pleased with Puritan’s dry cleaning and laundry. We now are fans of their alterations department. I wish I could remember the wonderful seamstress’ (Midlothian drive
through location in Midlothian) name! She hemmed a sweater for me that I didn’t even think could be hemmed and did it flawlessly! She had also hemmed two pair of pants with the same skill.
Well tailored clothes make a huge difference in the way you look. I will be bringing a few other things in for her to work her magic on. Thanks!

Absolutely fantastic dry cleaners. Incredibly friendly staff and convenient drive-through drop-off / pick-up. They even do repairs and alterations with very quick turnaround.

Puritan Cleaners have been cleaning my clothes for about 10 years and I'm totally satisfied with the outcome. The Staff and Service is Awesome. I'll highly recommend those who haven't tried them.

The absolute best dry cleaners I’ve ever used! I took a tuxedo and the tux shirt (which was pretty yellowed-hadn’t been worn in quite a while) to Puritan for cleaning. It came back on time, and perfect! The shirt looked brand new, and what was equally impressive was how well Puritan kept in touch with me. I received a text immediately after dropping my clothes off, and another when they were ready, and they were ready when they told me they would be. I received a nice card with my clean clothes saying they appreciated my business, a very nice touch! I was pleased with the price as well, in fact I received an email today (3 days after picking up my clothes) for a discount on my next service! I highly recommend Puritan for any and all of your dry cleaning needs…they are a class act!

Alterations did a great job repairing a tear in a jacket. If you did not know where to look you would never see it!! Thanks, I loke this lightweight coat.

This place is awesome. All the workers are super friendly and cordial, and my suits always come out clean and wrinkle free. Been going for 6 months and not a single bad experience.

Let me start by saying WOW - I am a new customer and have been blown away by the attention to detail and level of service here. Every staff interaction has been a delight, and the cleaning was perfect.

After dropping off a suit as a new customer, I got an automated email with my info listed. However, the area code for my cell number was incorrect. I responded to let them know, and the store manager replied to let me know it was corrected within less than 10 minutes.

When I arrived to pick my suit up, included was a hand written note thanking me for my business. Plus, the garments were ready in around 24 hours.

Over the years, I feel like we have all grown accustomed to more mediocre customer service — it was so refreshing and appreciated to receive such above and beyond service and to feel truly valued as a customer.

I loved it. They were so friendly. I gave them a lot of special instructions and they followed every one of them. They dry cleaned my coat perfectly. Plus, they come out to your car! I love this place.

This is my first time using Puritan Cleaners and I dropped off suits, pants, and shirts on a Tuesday, and it was all ready on Thursday.
They were very efficient and when I went to pick up my clothes, I didn't even have to get out of my car. All my clothes were perfect. I will continue to utilize Puritan Cleaners.
