IHOP

Everything was wonderful! The staff was very kind and inviting! Even though their computers were down for seating, the hostess did an exceptional job keeping it all straight! Our waitress was friendly and helpful! The food was great!

Not sure what is changed here, but the police has really gotten better! From the food, being top-notch, to the staff, being friendly and attentive, to the restaurant itself being clean top to bottom. I hope it sustain this because if it does, I’ll be back more often.

I had the French toast combo. Everything came out nice and hot and fresh. My daughter had a pancake combo with toppings, and actually had plenty of toppings rather than just a few things sprinkled. Our scrambled eggs tasted like fresh eggs for once instead of something they poured out of a carton.

Definitely saw ihop in a different view, menu had huge variety of options, food was wonderful and satisfying 🤗

Best sirloin tips that I have ever tasted!!! This IHOP should and MUST be the standard for all IHOP franchises. I could actually taste the cheese in my eggs. Extremely personable waitress and great customer service. I live in Delaware and the IHOP here, MD, and PA SUCKS!!!! Both food and service. I had to go to NC to get a superb breakfast and I don't regret it. Will definitely be returning. I can never go to another IHOP here, the bar is set way too high and we are always disappointed.

We visiting from Florida , Excellent Family Atmosphere, Service 10 starts, Raquel our service and the team are 100% dedicated to excellent, Great Management , Food fresh like always highly recommend , we plan to repeat location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The wait was short. The restaurant was extremely busy. However, our server was very attentive. The food was good and the server was very good!

Stopped here for some breakfast food while traveling through Chester. Claudette was our server and she was very good at her job and gave us really good service. There was also another server that helped us out and had a friendly chat with. Definitely would recommend this location

We had a great sever named Brittany, she was great. Try to request her by name and tell her I recommended her to you. The food came out shortly after ordering. It was fully cooked, hot and looked like the photos they are always sharing on the menu. It's been a while since I've been there. We'll definitely be back.

Had a great time .The food was good,we loved their new menue. The server was very ,very nice ,a little slow, but I blame that on the kitchen.

Thanks to the amazing service provided by Kori, my family and I were able to enjoy a fantastic meal that included the Jr. Cupcake Pancake Combo, Chicken & Waffles, Spicy Poblano Fajita Bowl, and even a HUGE mug full of hot chocolate coffee!

If you're traveling along the I-95 Corridor, be sure to stop here and get yourself in the clear!

It was super busy when we were there, but all the staff was very nice, quick service, and the food was fantastic!

There was a wait, but not too long. The food was good. The server worked hard even though the place was super busy.

Great service provided by our server, Iris. She was awesome, very cordial, and attentive.

Wait time was about 20 minutes. Servers were courteous. Restaurant looked clean and utensils, table and syrups had all been wiped down and cleaned. Food was hot, our waitress did check on us but not as often as I would have liked. Would recommend this Chester, VA IHOP to travelers. Handicap access to all aspects of the building including restrooms.

My son and I ate here on Sunday. Our waitress Shaniqua was the most pleasant and professional person. We sat down she was taking our order in less than a minute. Food came out quickly and hot. Our visit was fantastic and with service like this we will definitely return. 🙂
