This dentist office was recommended to me by my coworker. It was easy to get an appointment, and all necessary forms/documents were available online via very user-friendly software. The office was easily located, and both the grounds and the interior were immaculate. Inside features the latest equipment available in the dental industry and is operated effortlessly by the most incredible staff I've seen. I was heartedly welcomed by Ms. Brittany and my experience began almost immediately afterward. My Tech, Ms. Jenna, came for me and from the jump she explained everything she was going to do and why. She gracefully spent the duration of my visit demonstrating her vast knowledge and skills set, while lulling me into a totally calm and peaceful state of mind. She had all my x-rays taken, my chart information current, and everything assembled properly for the Doctor's arrival. Dr. B came in and sat beside me. She (first) made time for an initial greeting chat, then after consulting with Ms. Jenna, she SLOWLY and CAREFULLY began. She took her time with each procedure, being mindful to explain things as she went, and when it was time for my extraction, she made ABSOLUTE sure that I experienced NO PAIN, whatsoever! She was gentle and professional the entire visit. She has a calming aura that caused me to feel "safe" and well. After my procedure, she continued to spend time with me and she and her team were exceptional with my aftercare! I left with 2 bags of products and samples, as well as my instructions and Rx's. I've always had "dental anxiety", but this team was so on point with everything they did, that I'm looking forward to my next visit with them! I can't say enough good things about these ladies, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. B and her team at Seven Pines, and I will NEVER go anywhere else again for my dental health!

The staff there are very comforting, patient, and receptive to my needs. I honestly can say they make me feel my care is their top priority. I would definitely recommend going to the Mechanicsville office if you want personalized and compassionate care!

I love the small office feel of the office. The Dr and Assistant were wonderful. Having not been to a new dentist (one I worked for as an assistant myself) it was a bit stressful having to trust someone new and they made the transition very smooth!

Dr. B and team are highly professional. Front desk clerk is very compassionate respectful, detailed and kind.
Both hygienist are absolutely thorough in every way from communication as well as knowledge and explanation very detailed in xrays scans and cleaning and fillings
Also tooth removals ,DR. B is the very best ever that I have experienced in lifetime of Dental care.
She's highly professional and detailed her work ethics are far beyond any that I have ever experienced in the field of dentistry. She acknowledge each and every tooth with compassion and gentleness she consider you as a patient. She takes her time. never to be rushed!
This is a very warm well manner team.
There's so much more wonderful things about this team. they offer you comfort with music or a blanket if needed. They genuinely care!

She and Haley made me feel very relaxed. Ashley was also exact while making my crowns. Brittany makes the office run so smoothly. She is a pro on the insurance and I felt comfortable with the billing. I have had a lot of dentists but no one comes in number 1 like Seven Pines!

Love love love Seven Pines Dental Group. I found myself in a situation where I needed to have teeth extracted. My anxiety level was through the roof. Starting with the receptionist going to the assistant and moving on to the doctor my anxiety level was lowered and she managed to extract teeth pain free. Engaged in conversation the entire time and made me feel extremely comfortable. I have over a Year's worth of dental work and instead of being nervous I'm looking forward to having this completed. Excellent care and patience shown by Dr. M. And staff....they answered my concerns and questions with clarity...I believe this current staff are very zealous to build trust w clients and patients...additionally they are smiling and courteous....Yes, compared to my former dentist who was good, the cost may be a factor for some as all costs DO go up, I am personally pleased because I realize that getting older and keeping teeth and gums are especially important! The use of the technology and equipment is top rate! Best wishes to Dr. M and her staff!
