I enjoyed how nice the store looked. Wasn't too busy despite it being Christmas Eve. The staff was very friendly throughout the transaction. Also, Irena (may have misspelled her name if so I apologize) was very helpful and polite in helping figure out what my body measurements were. Great store for good deals I would come back again if needed.

I LOVE Macy's! They always have some really great sales on awesome name brands. The selection is usually good. You can ship for the whole family plus for your home items all in one place!

Hadn't been in lately since we live 76 miles away. Store looked good. No clothing on the floor or slung over the racks. Clerks friendly .

I was here making an exchange for my teenage daughter. I found the overalls that I was looking for in the size needed. Plus the price had dropped by $15 from the previous day so I grabbed a second pair in black for my daughter.

This Macy's is unusual clean and organized. I didn't find anything special but what surprised me is waiting area which has plug for cellphone charge. Thanks.

I just wanted to take a minute to honestly say how wonderful Kevin in impulse was tonight ! My husband came in about an hour before the store closed and Kevin was Beyond helpful and not only that but knowledgeable about the products. His expertise in how to match me to the correct colors over the phone and having not even seen me in person was incredible. We really appreciated his excellence in delivering such outstanding service. By the way Kevin the Estée Lauder double wear matched perfect !!!! ;) thank you!!!!

When shopping for the wife in the woman's department is great. All I do is look like I'm lost. I'm always getting asked to be helped. Always been kind and very helpful.

Great store - they gave me inf to order an item that they did not have in my size - after trying to get through to 6 stores without having anybody to answer or assist me in even asking them to take my order, please!!! - I left my name and number with store and of course - NO RESPONSE AFTER 5 HOURS - Guess these stores just do not need to EXIST???
I thought Macy's was one of the bigger, better stores???

Excellent selection and great prices esp sale prices.
Clean and easy to navigate.
Only issue is I ordered some items for my girls for pick up. They took my money and about a week later my order was cancelled...
They did say they would credit my money back and give me a small discount code for my trouble.
That was disappointing but they did try to make it right.
