Andrew L. Rose, MD

Dr. Rose is extremely compassionate. He has been my doctor for over a decade. He listens well and responds quickly even if you just have a question about meds or test results on line. He is always willing to go the extra mile to address his patients concerns.

Dr. Rose is on top of his game He is focused , listens patiently and understands his patients needs. He is compassionate and also straight-forward with determining a medical treatment plan. Although, he is a very busy doctor; he takes time to consider each and every patient. I give him a 10 STAR rating.

I saw Dr. Rose for the first time and was very impressed with how attentive he was. He listened to my concerns and offered his assistance. He also went above and beyond to get me an expedited derm appointment. He communicates well and often.

Very professional place nice people and doctors from Bon Secours. The wait is never long if your appointment is at a certain time you won't have to ✋ long.

Wait time is horrible. I had an appointment at 3:35 and it is now 4:20. I went to the reception and they said he was an hour behind. I don't like waiting I thought the point of an appointment was to secure that time.

Went for a physical, doctor checked NOTHING. Ordered labs and that was IT. I read his notes and see that he checked my lungs, etc. All NOT TRUE. Told me to come in a month later for more labs, I asked if I could go to Lab Corp, he said I needed to come in. Get there and NO ONE is there to draw blood so he gives me an order to go get LABS done ELSEWHERE. In the end, he got paid for (2) bogus visits. And we wonder why our healthcare costs are out of control. Ridiculous.

This place sucks! They do not give call backs! They canceled me because I have been healthy for a while then when I got sick would not see me! Told me I was a new patient and they weren't accepting new patients. Yet my family and friends who I recommended have been going there! I will never use your service again!

Absolutely no compassion. I was in a crisis situation and could not get in with my regular doctor. And met with him for an emergency telehealth appointment. He berated me for not seeing him for five years. I’ve been seeing another doctor in the same practice during those 5 years. (As well as Dr. Andrea Risser who left the practice) I assumed I could see another doctor in the practice for a telehealth appointment and Dr. Rose could read my chart. Will not ever go to him again. If you have a chronic illness do not see him expecting a kind bedside manner. In addition, Dr. Rose said I was lying when I said I took Lyrica about 20 years ago and it made me swell up to twice my size. Lyrica was approved in 2004. It’s now 2022. When a patient is in excruciating pain and obviously suffering from anxiety, due to the pain, and dealing with Covid for a fourth time, please be kind. Kindness is free. I’m letting this go, and letting God. Be well.

As other reviewers have noted, this guy is a real, nasty piece of work, and has no business dealing with actual patients. He' s a rude, belligerent walking bad attitude. Keep looking, there are lots of great doctors in Richmond, but unfortunately Doctor Andrew Leslie Rose is not one of them.

One of the nastiest doctors i hve ever met. I went with my mother to a doctor appt for the second time with him and everytime it was a very unpleasant encounter. My mother is sick and disabled and he thought he was going to disrespect her in front of me he thought wrong. He stormed out the room and made sure his staff heard the whole encounter he then proceeded to say im dropping u as a patient from this practice and he isnt even her doctor...im currently seeking legal action

Dr Rose is not a doctor that I wouldn't recommend. He has a poor attitude and doesn't listen you. Even his nurse Mary treated me poorly. I was treated very poorly and they were very rude and wouldn't listen to what my visit was for.

Arrogant and full of himself, hates to be questioned,5 min. tops he'll diagnosis you and move on. I'd say move on from this dude

I’ve seen Dr. Rose twice. Both times he didn’t even introduce himself, didn’t give me a chance to talk. He was with me for all of 3 minutes, walked out and came back with paperwork, didn’t talk/explain anything. By far the WORST doctor I’ve been to
