I only shop here for my work shirts and pants. They always seem to have what I need or at times just randomly looking for. The associates that check me out are always polite and super helpful

JC Penny was and excellent experience for Christmas. Plenty of merchandise and the customer service was outstanding.

Best JC Penny I've been too in years. Have a decent selection of plus sizes for the rotund folks in town. People actually shop here unlike other anchor stores in other malls.

Clothing selection is getting better. Found everything I needed.

It is back to school time and closing but in general the store was organized. Several registers were open so it didn’t take long once we had tried on jeans and were ready to go. The cashiers were polite and helpful.

I absolutely love the fact that I can still go into this store and try things on, touch the fabrics, and talk to actual people. The prices are decent and sales are killer.

I really like shopping at JC Penney's. I was very disappointed when the Regency store closed. Occasionally, I drive across town to go to Penneys, but it is a hassle especially if I need to return an item. Please come back to western Henrico County, VA. Many Friends have said they miss the Regency store as well.

Just wanted to say that Debra in returns and exchanges upstairs is a really nice employee who made an extra effort to help me!

OMG! When I first drove around the mall, I saw Penny's, and thought it was one of the stores that closed. And when I saw people go into the store, I was so excited to go there.
Honestly, it's one of my favorite places to shop. You get rewards and discounts.
Also, there's fabulous sales that you can also save. The customer service is really helpful, and courteous.

Always a wonderful experience at the portrait studio. Everyone is professional and great to work with. Even with holiday crowds and my large family (and special needs son) they were so patient and so nice. They didn't try to upsell us on any packages and even ended up saving us money on what we wanted. I really appreciate the staff and look forward to getting more portraits done here.

The salon manager, Priscilla, is an excellent stylist. She is the best colorist in this area. She has managed to mix the perfect color for me every time. She is personable and thoroughly enjoys satisfying her customers. You can’t go wrong with Priscilla.

One of my favorite places to shop always a good sell. But the cashier was rude and act like she was mad at the world. It took every thing in me to keep from cursing her out

Very well-stocked and organized better than some stores. Sale prices can be good. Really appreciated the selection of jeans, and men's shoes. Saved extra money during a special sale

Loved their selection of spring outfits. But I did buy a shirt in yellow and wore it and washed it and now it has a stain on it that was not there before. I'm upset with that. So I'll be looking elsewhere for yellow shirt.

Tai Robinson in the Return and Pickup Department at the Midlothian Store, Midlothian, Va. is an exceptional and professional employee. She assisted my wife and I with returns from Christmas and went out of her way, above and beyond, to insure that we were satisfied. She was very pleasant and quite knowledgable in procedures required to return 13 catalog items on multiple orders and invoices. This process took an inordinate amount of time, other customers were backing up behind us and she called additional employees to insure that these customers were expediciously and adequately served. Her charisma, personality and concern for customer service made this experience very pleasant.
