2024 Update:
Still great! My wife loved the eggs benedict and my pork chops were lightly breaded, juicy, and good flavor. Coffee is good and staff is great!

Nice decor that handles the noise really well. They were busy this morning but the noise was NOT drowning out our conversation.

2021/2022:
Very good! Best chicken and waffle I've ever had. I absolutely loved the gravy. Gravy can be too heavy and theirs was just right. Check it out!

Great food and very nice people working there. Got the pork chops with eggs. Reminded me of schnitzel- very good and the eggs were cooked perfectly over medium just like I ordered. Definitely planning on returning

Amazing!!! Among the best southern food I have ever had in a restaurant. The flavors of everything were incredible. The fried steak melted like butter in your mouth, the scrambled eggs were a fluffy delight, and the seasoned potatoes went perfectly with it all. The shrimp and grits was so savory and the fried eggs were cooked perfectly!!! Was not expecting such a big glass of sweet tea which was also good. Next time I go I want to try more things because everything sounded so good but it will be hard to beat what already tried. There is a wide variety of options both savory and sweet (even some more healthy options).

We went for brunch.... food was good. My son's chicken tenders were practically entire chicken breasts..... the fries and home fries were nice and crispy. The decor was cute and inviting and prices were on par. We will definitely be back to try other items.

We have the best experience every time. The food is amazing and the servers are so friendly. I love supporting small businesses.

This place it pretty cool, the atmosphere is fun and comfortable. The service was really good he was nice and quick. Its feels very family frineds and community owned. The food is pretty good to you got to get the yams.

The little touch of heaven was the perfect place to visit, the staff was friendly and made you feel at home. The food was delicious and arrived quickly, and the decor was straight out a pretty postcard. Will return soon to enjoy more delicious meals with family and friends.

Great experience! We had no idea this place was only five minutes away! Great atmosphere and staff. The food was good diner food. We ordered chicken and waffles and sausage with eggs. Eggs were perfect and the chicken and waffles was solid. Good portions, yummy sweet tea.

A little dusty inside...

The food and service was wonderful. I had the Harbor Omelet with shrimp, crab, cheese and hollandaise with asparagus. Delicious! 😋

This restaurant is in a good location, and food and service is very good. Hubby gets his fill of liver and onions, which he claims is excellent. The lima beans are cooked as I would cook them. Real mashed potatoes. The chicken fried steak and gravy is good. Wasn't a fan of the burger and fries... just okay. Everything else we have ever had is spot on though. If you like country cooking, you should stop in.

My friends and I came for brunch, it first visit. We were all very happy with our food and the service and the decor. I had catfish with cabbage and collards, all delicious.

Excellent tasty, homemade, southern cooked food. Everything we've tried has been scrumptious. The owner and staff are super friendly, and we could not ask for better quality food and service. I literally cannot wait to go back again.

So, it's like eating in your favorite aunt's house. You will be greeted, warmly, by not only the staff but regulars that happen to be there. The food isn't fancy, but delicious and made with love. The portions are big. The menu is filled with all your favorite comfort foods. You'll be treated like family and leave satisfied, wondering why you hadn't been here sooner. Oh, my favorite breakfast item is the California omelet. I definitely recommend trying this gem of a restauy.

Absolutely wonderful food! Truly the best comfort food I have eaten in the Richmond area! Definitely will make this a regular restaurant to go to!

Met a friend for lunch at her recommendation. Almost drove past the place. It's easy to miss.
Had country fried steak(white gravy) and mashed potatoes (brown gravy), and collards (WOW!!! So good).
Everything was hot, well prepared, and came out in a timely manner. Service was friendly and attentive. I will definitely return to sample more offerings.
