Flagstop Car Wash

I recently found out about this place although it's in my neighborhood. It's so quick and convenient especially during this off and on again snow spells we've been having. I had so much salt on my car and wanted to clean it off but knew we were do for another snowy day and didn't want to spend a small fortune. This option was ideal. I paid to drive my car through and selected the level of service that suited me. Afterwards, you are provided clean cloths, glass cleaner, vacuum and a floor rug cleaner self service island to do the odds and ends yourself. I'm so glad I didn't have to drag all those things out at the house on this cold day. I'll be back when it's warmer for a full service detail.

The best car wash I've had so far! Never seen as many brushes or other devices at another car wash, lol. Took a little while to get from washing to drying, given the many treatments your car gets, but the result was so worth it! My car literally sparkled, including the bottom area, with the rims! The drying is with a brush of textiles and not just air, so that must have contributed to the shine. Totally recommend it!

This was my first visit and I was unsure what to do as I just moved back to VA from Florida and I used Gate car wash there. When I pulled up, a very nice lady keyed everything in for me and I got a great car wash. I am very interested in becoming a member so I can always get a great wash and vacuum my car. Thanks so much for the free introductory offer.

Ment to dazzle you and it does. Feels like being inside a colorful lightning show while inside a tornado. You want to come back and do it again. It’s no wonder you don’t see a dirty car in Virginia. Thanks for making it so easy. Howlett

THE BEST car wash! Machines work great, and are clean. They have a small blower which removes all the small particles from the dashboard, cup holders, etc. Customers however play very loud music or blast their bluetooth conversations for all to hear. Cringey.

I have used this car wash for many years. Always had good experiences. Just recently experienced a problem with the towels not as clean. Discussed with the staff and have confidence my concerns were heard and problem will be addressed.

Really liked this place to clean my car last week, we drove from Stockbridge Georgia to Chester, VA so of course lots of bugs and dust.
Unlike my local Car wash here in Stockbridge they still have the towels and rug cleaners for use.

I definitely enjoyed my first experience at the Flagstop car wash. I was greeted by the workers and made the car wash experience a breeze. Definitely will go again and again.

Love flagstop carwash, clean, friendly, has free vacuums, towels for your use. The amenities are wonderful. Wish we had one in my area of Bluefield Virginia. The monthly unlimited price is very affordable

The month to month membership is the only way to go. Wash does a decent job, never had to wait in a long line, always folded towels waiting, and it's clean. Place is lit up like a nightclub after dark!!

Give your local Flagstop a chance since either thru the app or your local ValPack your first wash is free! Gets your car really clean!! The vacuums work really well also.

Can’t beat the value of the monthly membership. Free vacuum with purchase of a Carwash , and station stocked with microfiber towels and window cleaner to wipe down car and clean interior glass.

Awesome customer service!!! They definitely took care of me. Zach Rotz was very knowledgeable and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the end result of my 2021 Silverado. I will be back at least once a week ! Thank you!!!

Great car wash with friendly people and well supplied rags and stuff for wipe down.

Logan was very helpful in helping me wash the inside of my windows that I was not able to reach. I really appreciate his willingness to go out of his way to help an old lady. Unfortunately that is a service that Flagstop no longer provides.

OMG to whom this may concern.. you guys have one of the sweetest most considerate customers service Reps that I have ever came in contact with . Megan is truly a blessing sent from heaven. Not everyday that a CS Rep has the patience and care that Megan has for her job. She has been a help to me for my entire situation that was handle quick fast and in a hurry might I ask all thanks to her. The energy that she has is something that can not be taught nor learned , it’s either you have it or you do and I must say she definitely has it . Because of employees like Megan I Rate Chesterfield Flagstop a 10/10. Thank you soooo much Megan!!!!!!

I don’t understand what you people have to be so rude to the staff here, I am always here because I’m a loyal customer wait I’m not a customer I’m a guest!! But anyways please be nice to the staff here at your local flagstop in chesterfield iron bridge please and thank you, oh and anything please pay attention to the staff as they guide you on the track for the automatic wash bay!!! I have multiple cars on my account and hurts when I’m not able to use it due to your non compliance self!!! Best out of all the flagstaff and I've been to 4 of them. Everything runs as it should and I've never had an issue with this location
