This is literally the best church ever. This church handles the word amazing. I’ve learned so much going here and have really grown in my faith. They have a great children’s ministry and a great family feel. They really try and live out the bible! You definitely need to check this place out.

This is a bible based church that loves God and loves people! It has changed my life and allowed me to develop a strong connection with God and his people! I love the family and community I have been blessed with by attending this church! There are ministries for each season of life which is so helpful when you are trying to meet people who love God and who are in the same stage of life as you. The lessons are heartfelt and convicting. The children’s ministry is excellent and the best I’ve seen! The children’s ministry workers are so fun and really help our kids understand who God is and that he loves them! I can’t express my gratitude enough to God for how He has brought me to such an amazing church!

If you're looking to connect with God, this is a great place to find Him. From the love to the care for one another in the congregation, there you will find Him and what it truly means to live for the Almighty God. This church is completely bible based. Nothing is added or taken away from the word of God. They welcome anybody at any point in their life. The reason I love this church is because it really takes my relationship with God into full consideration. And my relationship with God is the most important thing to me. All I can really say is come and see for yourself. "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”
John 13:34‭-‬35

One word to describe our church is family. Both our kids pretty much grew up around the family of GRCC, and they both love God deeply and have a personal relationship with Him as young adults. It was this family that helped teach them the truth of the scriptures and set the example of how Gods people love one another.

This church is home for our whole family!!! Our marriage and parenting benefit greatly from hearing the biblically sound teaching and being surrounded by a group of people who help us to live out the scriptures. The children’s ministry is loving and fun and the teen ministry is fantastic! It’s the highlight of my kid’s week.

I have been a member since 2014 after my search for a stronger connection to God and his body of believers. The congregation is warm and compassionate with a strong emphasis on being an Acts 2:42 church that shares in our victories and encourages one another in difficult times.
My life, and that of my family, has been transformed into one of purpose and value beyond what the world offers with this body of believers.

These people are my family. I saw someone else write Something about doctrinal differences, I can understand why someone might be upset over a difference of beliefs, but it prompted me to correct what was said. The leaders of this church shouldn’t feel ashamed, they’ve helped to build a community in God that tries to love one another. With and upright zeal and sincerity, they have helped me through more than I could have asked or imagined. Thanks Richmond.

We have been a part of this RVA spiritual family for over 6 years! We have enjoyed loving God and one another as well as learning God’s word and how to put it into practice in our lives within a diverse family of believers spread all throughout the RVA area!

Forces me to contend with who I am & who I want to be. This is an imperfect group striving to collectively love God perfectly! I love the challenge and appreciate the love, exactly where I need to be. God's grace and love is very evident.

I really love this church--and I mean the people! I am blown away at the diversity--not a black church, not a white church, but a multi-cultural family. A lively group of people who love God, love the bible, and love one another.

This Church changed my life! I was looking for a church home where people ACTUALLY care about you and your life. They get right down to the Bible. I love that they hold to a standard Of being like Christ, which is rare these days!!!
