These folks are always great. I was able to bring my pooch in the same day and the medications saved my dogs life. She was better in just a few days ❤ I cant thank them enough for their care and follow ups during the week. They really do go above and beyond for your pet. She also loves the new dog food and she has gained 1lb this week. I have a happy pooch and she will be 15 next month ❤❤❤❤❤🙏🏾

Excellent care and quite truly, Dr. Patton is a miracle worker. I have no other way to describe her compassion, quality care and very patient, bedside approach to listening to patients. The animal whisperer! I switched vets because I was trying to find a solution for my 7.5 year old labradoodle who had been limping for 2 years after unsuccessful care at our previous vet despite multiple treatments over 2 years nor a clear, firm diagnosis. Within 1 month, Dr. Patton had Sophie 75% better and within 3 she was completely healed! I couldn’t believe it! Sophie was acting like her puppy self, running, dancing, jumping up again. Dr. Patton explained what she thought the issue was, the most cost effective ways to treat it, gave me all the options, her guidance and excellent advice along the way during our treatment. She was informative, answered all of our many questions and together we approached a diet change, acupuncture, laser and ongoing medicine that gave Sophie her life back, along with my joy in seeing my fur baby happy and whole again. I cannot recommend her or the staff at this practice enough. Dr. Patton even took time often after hours to check in, emailing recipes to me that she thought of later on that would help Sophie even further with some of her inflammatory issues. I could hug her 10 times over and never let her go, but then I might be banned for being a crazy person! Seriously, an absolutely excellent veterinarian and office with an old small town feel we all crave yet with modern knowledge, a wealth of knowledge, various medicinal holistic approaches, a love for what she does and wonderful, caring staff who makes you feel like family from the first visit.

I am a new client. Just moved to Chester. I made my dog Luna an appointment for a yearly check up. She is 15 and has a lot going on healthwise. She got a good report. However 2 days later she got really sick. Took her back and she spent the day getting fluids and an exam. The doctors there are wonderful and will spend time with you explaining everything. I have been a client for less than 2 weeks and I bet I have called them 4 times with questions and concerns. Everyone is so nice and understanding. Luna is well on her way to recovery!

Buddy (cream color) is the original OG. Best dog ever. Mr. Jinx had a bit of a rough start into this world. The staff at Chester Animal Clinic and Doc Anderson fixed him right up. He is a perfect little pup, doing crazy puppy things. Love this Animal clinic and staff - won’t go anywhere else

Brought my two kittens in for shots and to be seen as they came from a home with many other animals and no care. I loved the way I was treated as well as my pets. Having all my concerns and questions answered without judgement or hesitation has been so reassuring. They are easy to get in touch with and when I schedule an appointment they are always timely in their care. Love this place.

100% hands down THE BEST experience I’ve ever had at a vets office and my cats also approve. Never before have my cats appeared more comfortable during a vet appointment. Alex was amazing and both my boys loved her and so did we! Truly talented with handling furbabies and a cat whisperer for sure. Dr. Anderson is the kindest and best veterinarian I’ve ever met in my life. The entirety of the office staff are friendly. The office is super clean, we had a quick in and out visit despite full workups on both cats, and they explain everything in detail and took their time to answer all questions and concerns. We very much appreciated the thoroughness and efficiency. You have an amazing team!!

Dr Anderson is great. He examines our dog carefully. He explains what he sees as a problem. The Care summary outlines what treatment to consider. He also gave us a quote on additional test we can consider. The assistant is friendly and helpful too. We drive 45 minutes to the office. It well worth the drive. I ABSOLUTELY recommend the Chester animal clinic.

Just moved to the area and needed a quick appointment to get my dog's shots up to date. Chester Animal Clinic was able to get me in quickly and were so kind throughout the process. The front desk staff were so helpful and the nurses were gentle and thoughtful with my nervous pup. Highly recommend if looking for an animal clinic.

I love it here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I love how when I walk in they know who I am and who my dogs are. When we had to put one of our dogs down earlier this year there is no better place. They were considerate and very understanding. We will never go anywhere else.

Chester Animal clinic has a great veterinarian...Dr. Anderson! My dog Zeus has PTSD from being mishandled by 2 veterinarians when he was a puppy so he becomes aggressive out of fear of what they will do to him. Dr. Anderson was very understanding and gave Zeus the space he needed to ensure that he felt safe and calm. It was our 1st time seeing Dr. Anderson so I was very pleased to see Zeus laying calmly on the floor with him in the room. My hopes are that Zeus can once again be trustful of people and with Dr. Anderson's help I feel that this might happen. His assistants were great as well. Thanks again for actually caring about animals!! Keep up the great job and we will see you soon.

Everyone in this office is beyond nice and professional. I have been seeing Dr Patton and she has been beyond helpful and understanding with helping us figure out what is wrong with our doxie Joy. She also sees my other 2 pups. Every time I call to ask a question she will return my call personally and will take the time to explain what she thinks is going on and what she thinks we should do. She is a great vet and I highly recommend her. She also is very sweet and gentle with the dogs and my very anxious pup did not seem as anxious when we saw her. If you are looking for a vet I highly recommend trying out this office and this vet.

Dr. Anderson has been an angel for our two dogs but especially for one that underwent surgery at Chester Animal Clinic. Our dog has a new, happier and healthier life thanks to the care of Dr. Anderson and his compassionate and wonderful team.

CAC is fantastic, the employees are kind and thorough and you can tell they really value their career. I recommend CAC to all of my groom clients that need vet attention, as well as my personal dog also receives care here! They are the best!

We recently had to put our down down and they saw us immediately and fought for our dog as much as they could. This is a great facility with a great staff. Thank you so much for comforting my family during this difficult time as we process the passing of our beloved dog.

Love this clinic! It's close to home and everyone is so kind and helpful. I've been going here for a few years now and I've never had any issues.

Our pet was spayed at Chester Animal clinic and we are pleased with the experience. Very efficient, kept us informed! Discharge papers were personalized with pet’s name which we thought was a nice touch; papers and prescription bottles stated when to start meds (I sometimes forget when getting home what the instructions were 😁).

I love this office, everyone there is kind and so supportive of my 3 year old pit bull Rey. She had a traumatic experience at a prior vet and she comes in with a lot of anxiety and fear based aggression. Dr. Anderson has been so comforting and supportive of her; despite her limits; they are willing caring and kind to her; and that is the most important trait of the staff here; other offices are not like that. They love our pets as we do. I HIGHLY recommend Chester Animal Clinic. My girl, also goes to the Pet Resort; check them out if you haven't yet !

I am always seeing different Vets because I cannot decide whom I like best for my 11yo puppy. Everyone is knowledgeable and kind. Sandi’s only hang up is getting her nails trimmed but other that that, she loves all the staff and enjoys going there.
