Starbucks

The staff was great. I asked for a drink concoction to be made and Malaysia made her creation and it was amazing! I have tried so many Starbucks all over east coast and just couldn't find the right drink until yesterday. Thank you, Malaysia for your unique creation. Truly like Christmas in a cup.

This Starbucks is in the downtown Richmond VA Marriott. My grand daughter wanted latte and this was the closest one in the area. The employees were friendly. The area was clean.

Well-run Starbucks with a beautiful lobby to enjoy your beverage in. On the weekend, one of the better options for coffee.

Staff is EXCELLENT here! Although I don't expect it they all remember my name and order -- every day! The staff (baristas?) are ALL excellent at their jobs. Quick and efficient and all polite! I've never had a problem despite going there *every morning* for the past 6 months.

Service is is fast and friendly, there's a lovely young lady there that greets everyone with a "happy Mon, etc". Beverages have been made correctly each time. I've only been in the AM,, cant speak to other shifts, but the AM weekday shift staff are awesome. Beverages are what you'd expect at any Starbucks, and are made to standard. Bar seating along window, 2 or 3 tables in seating area, very tiny location inside Marriot lobby.

To say that we have frequented more than a few Starbucks locations through the years is certainly safe, but Samantha and Tunisia made our visit today truly memorable. Not only did the barista nail our order, but their friendly demeanor and the way they engaged my 9 year old son was truly over the top and was much appreciated!

Not sure who may read this and if it will ever make a difference, but the two of them made a tremendous difference in our day and they deserve a raise!

I know everyone associates Starbucks with just coffee, but if you haven't been in one, there is a wider variety of beverages than just coffee. Starbucks has tea, fruity drinks, and a host of other beverages on their secret menu such as butter beer based on the Harry Potter series. There are plenty of options for those with food allergies like multiple non-dairy milks and gluten free snacks.

My go-to Starbucks in Richmond! Staff are really friendly and the drinks are made consistently well. I've even had them write "have a nice day" on my lid before :)

Love it when Starbucks are in a hotel this one downtown Richmond at the Marriott. The store was closed and the people were walking out the night before answered all our questions and we were ready in the morning. I don't usually go to Starbucks this was a great surprise.

The two ladies that were working there this morning were extremely polite, helpful, and professional! I am very pleased with the customer service as well as my venti iced mocha! 😁❤✌🏼☕

Richmond Virginia what can I say about Starbucks great coffee little pricey but good quality coffee I love it Komodo dragon French press the way to go but there's a very much different varieties of coffee I love all of it I love coffee I was brought up on coffee finest cup of coffee you can get Starbucks there's others that have an experience but I will and I'll give you a review love it love coffee the way of life love somebody help somebody

Very cozy place to sit and chill for a few hours.

My latte was absolutely perfect. This location is always busy but the service and brewing is always on point.

Starbucks is on the breakfast rotation weekly. Bacon and Gouda sandwich with mango dragon fruit refresher makes a quick filling breakfast.

This starbucks is amazing!! I always see a friendly face when I'm there. And the service is always top notch

Everything was speedy. They had a great selection, and very good customer service, although I was not sure if they had restrooms.

Within 0.5miles, this starbucks is availble from friday to sunday. Although this is franchise, the quality of service is good!
