I thoroughly enjoy taking my daughter to this park. The playground is definitely well maintained, it looks like new mulch has been laid down not too long ago and there's a new addition to the playground. As a parent, I like the proximity of the bathrooms to the playground. There's also a pavilion a stone's throw away as well where you can eat if you would like as well. There's a lot more to do at this park as well that I haven't explored. For a local park, I'd say this is a very nice one and would recommend it to my neighbors.

Love it very nice area for small and large kids covered picnic area and regular bathrooms. The kids loved it also a large park if you want to fly kites and there’s a dog park there as well.

The dog park is great! It hasn't been open for long (right now only two areas/yards are open) and I can't wait to see what else gets added to it.

There are water bowls available for you to use but no source of water to fill them so don't forget to bring your own water.

The first yard is a nice size and has a bench for sitting. The second yard (phase 2 Large Dog Area) is huge but sadly have no benches for sitting. All yards are in shade and have mulch as ground cover.

Beware of the tree in the Large Dog Yard that has what I think is Poison Ivy. Im not 100% sure it is Poison Ivy so I will post a picture for people to see and decide for themselves.

Because the park is a public area and people don't always follow the rules I walk the yard to inspect for anything that can be harmful to my dog (for example: food, cigarette butts) before I let him off his leash. It's also a good idea to check around the fence to make sure no holes were dug but never filled by other visitors.

Is it common knowledge that there are recycling bins there ? My husband and I learned through a friend. Clean and easy access.

Went to this park for the first time today. 5 stars. We went to the dog park which is very large and as 3 dedicated spaces; small dog area, large dog area, & agility area. Not much grass, but lots of trees and space to run. Water pump on site, a bit of a walk from parking. There are ball fields, tennis courts, and a few playgrounds as well. All in all a very nice park.

Very lovely little park! I'm so embarrassed to have it right around the street and never knew about it for so many years! It's got your typical fields for football, soccer, baseball, softball, and a tennis court. What I wanted to see was the dog park and it is a decent size with a hill, some trees, and a separate area for smaller dogs. There's even an agility course section and a water pump on site to provide water for your thirsty fur babies. I can't wait to visit with my dog!

Goyne park is a great place to being our 6 month German Shepherd puppy Luna. The people there are all dog parents (I say that with the greatest respect) and there is a lot of room to play in various ways. I will advise newcomers to first put their dogs in the usually-open agility pen if it is their first time so that the normal crowd gets used to them and vice versa. There are signs for which dogs (weight and size-wise) should go and I also suggest reading them.

I brought my pup in the first time when she was 20 weeks old and 24 pounds to the big dog pen and she decided to play-fight with two regulars (dogs) and the pack ganged up on her. Once we got her accomodated she was fine and now romps around with them.

If a fight happens, the owners are quick to respond to their animals and also protect new dogs. Everyone I met has been really nice and have made sure my puppy doesn't get hurt or into trouble.

Takeaway: good park, people, and dogs. Follow the park rules and these suggestions and you, and your furry friend, should have little to no problem.

If you see me, my name is Josh and my Sherperd-doberman mix is Luna.

I'll upload more pictures in the future :)

Visited the dog park here and absolutely loved it. They have a small dog area, large dog area, and an agility area. All areas are fenced. Lots of trees within the fenced dog areas, the large dog area is HUGE! Lots of outdoor space for your pup to run!

Terrific dog park here! Large area for dogs to run, with shade trees and water to help keep comfortable. My dog gets so excited when he realizes we're heading for the park!

The Disc Golf Course is among the top 5 courses I’ve played in my life. Excellent condition, concrete launch pads, well marked signs and groomed. Only trick is finding it: entrance located in the back right (NE) corner of park/school.
