I have been a patient with this practice for at least 7 years. I have only the best things to say about their professionalism and patient care. I plan to stay with Dr. Khisti's practice for many years to come!

I Shouldn't Have Never Been Taken There In The 1st Place DUE MY CONDITION THE 1 MEDIC WAS RUDE & THE OTHER 1 WAS COMPASSIONATE CARING & A TRUE PROFESSIONAL

I wish I had seen the reviews before making my appointment months ago. The confirmation email stated to try to arrive a few minutes before the appointment that was set at 2pm. They called the day before to, I assume, confirm the appointment, I missed the call but did call back to get no answer. I get there the day of the appointment to not only wait at the window and basically be ignored but to be told that because I'm a new patient I should have come 30 minutes early. That should have been stated in the confirmation email and the appointment should have been set for 1:30. I took time off of work to be turned away and told the next availability wouldn't be until January. I doubt I will return. Also, one of the receptionists was rude. Very unprofessional, I would also point out that the receptionists should dress a little more professional especially to be representing Bon Secours.

The staff don't care about you or your health. I went in for a routine blood work for my checkup. I'm on blood pressure and cholesterol meds. They filled my meds for one month instead of 6 months and when I called because the drug store couldn't fill my order they told me it was because I had to make a 3 month appointment. OK, don't know why but I did that. They still didn't refill it, I have called 4 times. No results. I asked them to have my doctor call me, they said we don't do that.

Sounds like they've only gotten worse here. Wonderful place to have elective things done but, the send you down the street if you're actually sick.
