Chester Road Family Dental

I was extremely happy with Chester Road family dentistry. Everyone there is so polite and professional, and they go out of their way to help you get the care you need and be able to afford it. There was an issue with x-rays that were sent from my old dentist and they redid those x-rays at no charge to me. My son‘s teeth looked great when we left. He was very happy with his hygienist and the dentist. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist office.

My family and I recently moved to Chesterfield and finding quality healthcare can be a challenge. We are so fortunate to have found Chester Road Family Dental. Our hygienist Jessica is excellent as is the entire team we have come in contact with. Thank you for making our move easier. We are smiling all the time!

I really enjoyed my experience at Chester Road family dental practice. I like how they worked well with me on my finances. I love the attitudes I love the dedication and hard work that I see in the workers, so much that I want my whole family to go there. I know my kids will love it. I haven’t been to the dentist in a while and they didn’t make me feel ashamed about it. It’s a family vibe when you walk into the door and I love the TV thats on the ceiling, it’s very clean in there as well. If I had to describe this place, in one word, it would be professionalism.

I absolutely adore this office & staff! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Aside from excellent client service they are extremely knowledgeable and I feel confident of their recommendations.

But the superstar, to me, is Mandy!! She is so pleasant & down to earth. I appreciate the small things when I’m receiving services and I was simply impressed that she remembered me from my initial appointment last year! She is engaging, funny and just completes the experience! If I could get paired with her every single time I visit, that would just be the cherry on top!!

I recommend everyone to try this practice and if you are lucky, you can get the Mandy experience!

Had my 1st visit today and I'm thrilled that I have finally found my new dentist!!! The staff is amazing, warm and welcoming and they take the time and listen and answer any questions or concerns you have. I can't say enough about how great my experience was.

My husband and I have been patients here for several years now and have great experiences with our usual dental hygienists (Kathryn and Mandie) and Dr Ben and Dr Elizabeth. We made our appointments on a different day than usual and had the first less than stellar visit with a different hygienist and dentist for me. I’ve never left in any sort of pain before and my mouth is still very sore and my gums are still swollen nearly 12 hours later. The hygienist was a lot more rough than I have experienced previously and the dentist who did my exam made a couple of remarks that made me nervous about the health of my teeth, even though I’ve literally never had any major issues and have only had improvements over the years; it has me kind of anxious to get back for my next appointment to make sure everything is okay. Hopefully I just misunderstood the wording that was used. I’m still giving 5 stars because today was a one-off after several years of fantastic visits, and our next 6 month appointments are scheduled with our usual hygienists and usual dentists.

I am very pleased with everyone at chester roads family dentistry. I am ADA and the accommodations and accessibility at every visit have been amazing. I am very pleased and happy with the team work as they have been diligently reconstructing my New Smile. I'm looking forward to the completion and the outcome of the complete project. I am happy I decided on Chester Road Family Dental. Unlike my previous dental office, there is very little wait time to be seen. I've come for routine cleanings as well as dental work, and none of the appointments were long and drawn out. The office is clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is professional.

Lastly, unlike my previous dental office, I am not haggled to spend hundreds at every visit, nor do I feel bullied for extra procedures at every visit.

Truly a blessing.

Great staff from the time you walk in the door, sit down for a cleaning and get examined by one of the amazing doctors. Always polite, upfront about treatment and pricing and you leave feeling like they generally care about you and your oral care and not just their profits (unlike other dentists I've been to). Highly recommend!

Chester Road Family Dental is the absolute best! They make me feel so welcomed and never judge.. I will never go anywhere else. Since becoming a patient a few years ago, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences each visit. No matter the tooth issue or cleanings the staff has been great from the walk in, to the walk out. I enjoy the engagement from everyone and their willingness to make sure I’m comfortable.

The whole staff rocks here!!!! I had my reservations when they bought the practice from Dr Kilbourne but they have proven time and time again why Dr Kilbourne accepted them. They are very welcoming and friendly, in addition to be great at their jobs. I highly recommend this practice.

Just wanna give props to Jess! She is fabulous! I haven't been to the dentist in years and need a great deal of work. Jess made me feel so comfortable! She is the best and just because of her I would recommend this practice to everyone!!!

Dr Ethan and Briana were very caring, patient and compassionate to me. I have dental anxiety and they made me feel so comfortable. They explained everything to me before they performed my extraction. Chester Road family dental staff are awesome!!! Thank you , Dr Ethan and Briana. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One of the BEST dental offices I’ve been to! Kat was amazing even offered me a pillow and took post op X-rays to insure all plaque was removed after my cleaning! Dr. Ethan was great and front desk was very knowledgeable. Would 10/10 Recommend.

My first time at this office and right when I walked in the front desk was very welcoming and I was attended right away. The hygienist Mandie was great, she explained everything so well. Dr Ethan was awesome! BEST OFFICE!!

I had to reschedule my appointment bc I had knee surgery 3 months ago. Anyway I missed my normal appointment with Katherine today and was a little worried. But not really bc this office just doesn’t miss. I had Mandy today and she took care of me like you would take care of your own parents. I’ve had bad experiences with other dental offices before. This office is 5 star all the way. The people there really do care about their patients. I’ve been going for years and will continue to come here. Highly recommended. Mandy and Katherine are great assets to office as well as the company.

Great experience! I had a crown procedure done and amazingly felt no pain or discomfort during or after! I’m pretty sure Dr. Ethan is a wizard. :-)
