Maybe my experience is anomalous, but I haven't had any issues with scheduling appointments and getting my questions answered. Dr. Hall is a good psychiatrist who listens to my concerns.

I've had nothing but a positive experience. My medications are auto refilled.
No withdrawal because I RESPECT MY DOCTORS AND DONT TAKE MORE THAN NEEDED AND LET THEM KNOW WHATS GOING ON WITH ME. NOT TRY TO MANIPULATE A PHD into giving me a controlled substance and then once I get that substance " oh well now I'm good my doctor better make sure I get it every month"

If your running out or can't get a RX ure not serious about your mental health and your giving this place a bad name. My doctor has been MORE than accommodating

Efficient, effective, professional and eagerly helpful Office personnel and Providers. In my 10 years, it has been easily executed to leave a message and request a callback from the Provider, handle billing, schedule appointments; reminders are sent via phone call, text message and email. In rare instances, if a refill and/or PA is needed- its quickly completed.

I have been treated by Doctors at Tucker Psychiatry for over fifteen years. The doctors are the best. The staff has always been caring and helpful. I am receiving TMS treatments and they have helped my depression more than I can say. I highly recommend Tucker’s.

My doctor, Dr Jennings is one of the best doctors I have had the chance to work with. I have been to a few differen doctors and he is the only one that takes the time to get to know you. He is able to "read" & "understand" people in a way I can only say is perfect for myself. I have also been doing TMS for a number of reasons medically; and the staff are not "staff" they are people that work with you to make sure everything is right! I stand behind this so much I would almost put my phone number in here to prove it, but maybe I am just not Totally cRaZy..... Thanks Jamie C Baker

I called to get an appointment and a person named “Bonnie “ showed excellent empathy skills and really worked with me to get an appointment. On my weakest day, she was a godsend. I am going today for the appointment but I wanted to acknowledge her help!

Dr K did run late but psychiatrists often go over time depending on the patient’s needs. He was friendly, Inquisitive, patient, attentive and knowledgeable. I fully recommend him. I’m a senior citizen and felt very cared for.

When I first started coming here seeing Dr. Kernodle I was fresh out of the Army Rangers and had just served two years in Iraq & prior to that I was in 2 other war zones and was suffering from severe PTSD, severe panic attacks, severe anxiety, and severe depression. I do not know the exact number, but I am guessing it has been close to 10 years that I have been seeing this wonderful man. Any doctor no matter what their specialty can write you prescriptions and send you on your way, but this doctor has worked with me through the years and we have tried many different regiments and about 5 years ago, (give or take a year). Doc.finally hit the nail on the head and found a regiment that is perfect for me and has given me my life back. So for you guys out there in the state of mind that I was in 10 years ago. Know! There is hope because I literally was having up to 10 panic attacks a day and some lasting upwards of 30 minutes an attack. Now I can say that I have panic attacks at a minimum & when they do occur babe last of Maxima or maybe a minute. Bottom line. I was so bad that I could not go within a few blocks of my house without having a panic attack. Whenever it got dark I had a panic attack and they continue throughout the darkness. I missed out on a lot add event and firsts 4 my little girls. I could not go to the beach because I was scared to leave the house and so I missed out on all 3 of my daughter's first time I'm putting their feet in the water in the ocean many other firsts for them. I have actually been on cruise ship with my wife little girls on more than one occasion and have driven to Florida to embark and this is a 14-hour drive in which before I could not sit longer than 5 minutes in the car without panicking and asking my wife to turn around and take me back home immediately. Again. I am retired military and have many veteran friends who suffer from PTSD, but I have never met any that were as severe as my case, but as long as you listen to your Dr., and take your medications as prescribed. You WILL live a normal life just like any other human being. I know it sounds far-fetched because when I first was told this I automatically was a non believer, but I hung in there and Dr. Kernodle also has a book in which I read which helped out also, but I make sure I see him every 3 months like clockwork and have done so sense the day we met. I do not just consider Dr. Kernodle my Doctor, but I also consider him a friend. Anyone who is going through these severe attack please feel free to contact me not as a physician but as an ear because believe me I honestly believe that with the wisdom I have from dealing with this & from still dealing with this that I can and believe that it is my God sent Duty to help others out who is going through this. So please feel free to contact me not as a physician but as in ear, because believe me. This is manageable exclamation point

I couldn't have made it through my suboxone detox without her💖💖💖 Thank you so much Alexa 😊😊 You are definitely nurse of the year in my book 😊😊😊 It has been 60 days and I am still suboxone free!!! I've been going here for psychiatry for years now. And it has benefited me so much, and has helped me with many difficulties in my life! :D

If you're looking into psychiatry, I recommend (not only because he's my psychiatrist) Dr. William Kernodle! I still attend Tucker's and will be for many more years.

Dr. Spanier has saved my life many times over.

Dr. Curtis has helped me for a long time. He's usually on time and takes enough time to listen. I think all of the office staff are very efficient at the jobs they do and are very friendly.

Top shelf mental healthcare and they accept Medicaid. Haven't had a single bad experience here in 10 years anywhere from the front desk to the amazing doctors that have been with me every step of the way.
