My partner got his wisdom teeth removed late in the day and our uber got lost, leaving us there after hours. Dr. Brown and the techs were so helpful, letting us stay indoors until I could order us a new ride.

My son had all 4 of his wisdom teeth removed, Dr Brown and his staff were so nice & Kind . Dr Brown answered all of my questions and he even gave me a followup call that night to check on my son. Excellent Bedside Manner!!!! Hands down THE BEST DOCTOR EVER!!!

I've never ever had a provider that was this friendly, informative, gentle etc. He even left me a voice mail with his contact in case something came up. I am deathly afraid of the dentist so it's a show everytime I go lol. He made sure I was comfortable, gave me a blanket and made sure I felt safe. I cannot say enough about him. My go to now!

My husband woke up at 2am in severe pain from his wisdom teeth which landed him in the ER. I called 4 oral surgeons that very same day, prior to calling Dr. Browns office, and none of them could see him that day.  However, when I called chesterfield oral surgery and explained the situation they didn't hesitate to get him on the schedule for a same day appointment, during their lunch hour. Dr. Brown managed to get my husband in and remove all four wisdom teeth within 12 hours of his ER visit. The cost was very affordable at $650 and we were able to finance it through their care credit option. Not to mention the receptionist even came out to my vehicle for me to take care of the paperwork and payment, as I had my grumpy infant in the car with me at the time.

Dr. Brown and his staff were extremely friendly. I called them to make sure they were running on schedule that day and they were so sweet in answering my questions based on another negative review I had seen. The ladies at the front were so helpful and Dr. Brown explained every step in the process of my wisdom tooth removal and he was very funny. They took awesome care of me and I 100% recommend them to anyone.

I had a dental emergency and Dr. Brown’s staff was able to work me in that day where other dental offices were trying to schedule me 4 days out.

I have nothing but the best to say about the staff, their COVID precautions, and the dental work of Dr. Brown himself. Absolutely exceptional dental office, and will be my go to for any future dental needs.

First things first. I am petrified of dentist, only takes one bad experience to ruin it for a long time. I needed to have some teeth removed, so I can get back going to the dentist on the regular. I was scared of going to the dentist first. I came to Dr. Brown first, to get this gigantic ball rolling. His staff was very nice and friendly. Dr. Brown is one of a kind, he will make you feel at ease with the whole procedure. I did get right much work done so I was sedated. I Will always recommend him and his staff!

I read all the reviews and was cautious because I saw a few 1 star reviews. I even called a friend who I saw gave one of the reviews. Bottom line- I had a fantastic experience. Dr. Brown explained everything to me and it went just like he said. He removed a growth on the inside corner of my mouth. He was careful not to cut into the visible part of my lip so there is no scar to look at. I had some bruising on the second day which he said would happen, but I had ZERO pain. Totally professional service.

I think he could spend some money on the lobby. Appearances are important. Drop the cash and get it done- everyone, including your staff will love you for it :) I recommend more of an open format. instead of the sectioned lobby and office clerk window. An open format would make a client a little more welcomed than being sectioned off in that small lobby.

Oh, he takes Cigna... another plus.

Please be advised that this office must comply with the dental contracting fees. Should you have an insurance question you may want to contact your insurance company. All charges must be presented and documented with the insurance company. If a variance exist, they can help. It is sad that you ARE BERATING DR BROWN for what your insurance company may or may not pay. You have plan limits and frequencies. Predeterminations can always be accomplished as well. This office and doctor are absolutely wonderful. It is interesting that not one review addresses the expert clinical care that is rendered at this office. The doctor cannot be responsible for a third party payor who may not pay your bill at 100 percent. THIS OFFICE AND STAFF ARE WONDERFUL.

I was referred by a friend of mine named Patricia Rollins and I was not disappointed. Scared Dr. Brown made me feel secure. The staff was very friendly and explained everything. The procedure was done so fast and when I woke up I was thinking he hadn’t started when he was actually done. Woke up the next morning with no pain at all, just a slight numbness. Dr. Brown you are good at what you do. Thank you so much for treating your patients with kindness, respect and taking care of us.

I’m very happy with the service here. I had wisdom teeth removing service. All staffs are friendly and nice. They showed me step by step to complete paperwork. My surgery is quicker than I expected. I have no idea how there are so many 1 and 2 star ratings here. Dr. Brown and his staff are extremely friendly. I came in as an urgent care patient because 2 of my wisdom teeth became impacted and it was very painful. Every other oral surgeon i could find in the area had the next open appointment 3 weeks from now just for the consoltation before i could schedule the surgury, well with Dr. Browns office you can come in as an urgent care patient and have consultation and surgery the same day. Well i had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, i was asleep the whole time and 24 hours later now i feel great. Bleeding stopped by the time i got home from his office. And no pain at all. I took a small dose of ibuprofen this morning because i felt a little bit of pressure but no pain. This group is great and he has another office in fredericksburg. I would highly recommend.

After calling 5 different places for an excruciating tooth ache and not being able to get in for at least a week I called Chesterfield Oral Syergery and got in the same day within hours. The staff was so amazingly nice and helpful, and Dr. brown couldn't have been a nicer man. I did wait a little but I was fine with that because I'd rather wait a couple hours than weeks for an appointment elsewhere. I had a major tooth ache that was Infected again for a second time I had that removed and they were also able to do my wisdom teeth at the same time (I had needed them done for several months but was terrified to do so) and get everything done and over with at once, which I was very greatful for. I have high anxiety and was stressed beyond belief but they calmed me down and made me feel comfortable and made the whole appointment easy. Definitely will be back here when needed and I highly recommend them to anybody!

First things first- I have a CONSIDERABLE amount of anxiety related to any and all dental procedures. The end result of a severe tooth fracture with nerves communicating into my sinus left me to search for an excellent oral surgeon. I'd never had an extraction before and had no idea what to expect. After a lifetime of absolute fear and many previous painful experiences....I can not adequately describe what an incredible human being this gentleman is! He is kind, gentle, and very skilled with a great chairside manner for those with anxiety. His practice is very quiet, private, and immaculate. There is an auxiliary private exit post-surgery and the procedure is done behind a closed door with no foot traffic for patient privacy and comfort. I felt completely at ease with the level of sedation and the adminstration of all procedures. I am so grateful for Dr. Brown. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a more complex procedure.
