Heavenly Hands Family Dentistry

I recently had a very painful dental emergency that required an outside specialist. Dr. Epps and her team went out of thier way to quickly get me an appointment the next day. I highly recommend Heavenly Hands Dentistry.

My family and I are new patients, we really love the quality of service and the
professionalism. The receptionist Brenda, very professional and friendly, took the time to explain the process and the benefits of our health insurance to us. We feel very satisfied, I recommend them 100% 😊

I am a new patient and am extremely pleased with the service, professionalism and care I have received. Anita is my hygienist and is excellent in her her care, work and treatment. Brenda handles scheduling and billing and despite how busy the office is, she stays on top of it and manages the appointments and calls if anything opens up. I recommend Heavenly Hands!

Without question this place is perfect. The staff from the dental assistant to the hygienist to the doctor. Everyone was so welcoming and warming. This was my first time here and I'm thoroughly impressed. I can't remember the dental assistance name but she was so personable and sweet. Then Ms. Carroll the hygienist was so calm and through while making sure that I was comfortable. The doctor I went to see is on maternity leave so Dr. Brown came in and was so sweet. Love this place.

They are amazing!!! My mother has memory loss and she doesn't trust a lot of people. Everyone made my mother feel super comfortable. She was able to get her teeth examined and cleaned which has been hard to do. I kept waiting for someone to say we aren't going to be able to complete her exam but that didn't happen. Everyone and I mean everyone who works there was pleasant. It was a very enjoyable experience for my Mom and I. I highly recommend them for anyone who have special needs or family with disabilities. Thank you for ensuring my mother was comfortable and felt safe.

Dr Epps is the sweetest dentist ever. After going to a dentist that did unnecessary dental procedures and billing I was at a bit distrust in dentist but seeing her has been refreshing and nothing short of reassuring. Her office is extremely clean and very comfortable. She even lets you watch tv during procedures and her technology is also exceptional. Everyone there treats me and my daughter exceptionally well and I am glad to have found her office. She has me as a patient for a lifetime!!

The staff was amazing! This has been the best cleaning/check up I’ve ever had. The entire staff and doctor were friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. My wait time was minimal and the office location is convenient. Five stars isn’t enough stars for Heavenly Hands Family Dentistry they definitely deserve more!

Dr. Epps is AWESOME! I went to her for a Fast Braces consultation & immediately felt at ease in the office's spa like atmosphere. Her staff are friendly, knowledgeable and gentle. I travel for work so their evening and Saturday appointments make it convenient for me to stay on schedule with my adjustments.
The exam rooms have state of the art equipment & I get to choose my favorite TV shows to watch during visits. I am 5 months into my Fast Braces experience and am amazed at the progress in such a short time! I am on track to complete the process before the end of the year. I am very pleased with the services at Heavenly Hands so I have recommended friends & co-workers.

This was my 1st visit and I was very pleased. My wait was short. The receptionist was friendly. The dental hygienist was extremely professional yet personable. She took her time and explained everything she was doing. I felt no pain or discomfort. I hate the dentist office but she calmed my nerves. The dentist was friendly and knowledgeable. I am very impressed and have already recommended this office to others.

I only have good things to report but I want to start by saying that I have been receiving services with my prior dentist most of my life. And must add since primary school and I’m in my thirties now😍. I recommended a friend to my prior dentist and she was applaud of the lack of treatment she received in her 15 minutes appointment slot. I was unaware of the proper timeframe and specifics during a regular dental appointment because that’s all I have experienced. So I decided to conducted a research and it lead me to Heavenly Hands Family Dentistry. The name truly fits the description of their practice. I called and scheduled an appointment with no issues. Even though the timeframe was less than two months away I was pleasantly surprise that they were able to accommodate me as a new patient with all the Covid restrictions. When I arrived to my appointment I was elated by the cleanliness and proper PPE procedures they have put in place to ensure the safety of their clients and themselves. This brings to the actual service... I have one name/word to mention, AMANDA!!! She was truly amazing, very knowledgeable, and her attention to detail is what reeled me in. I had some uncomfortable moments but this was due to years of build up and prior neglect from my previous dentist. We had plenty of moments during the cleaning when she thought I might have been in some pain but I was laughing at my previous dentist for years of misleading service. The key to learning is experiencing different things and this was truly a experience where I learned from Amanda and Dr. Epps of the proper way to sustain good dental hygiene.. I got there 6 minutes late and still received a warm welcome from the receptionist. My hygienist was very professional. She did great work on cleaning my teeth. Comfortable and peaceful environment. Overall every one was kind and patient. A rare combination now days. Thanks so much, see you all in 6 months.

Dr.Epps was polite, personable, gentle, professional and very thorough she explained my insurance benefits and told me about when the benefits would run out based on my treatment plan.

She then took the time to slowly go over the pictures that were taken and explained why I have the pain where I have it.

She had to refer me to a specialist for a root canal and explained the entire process even down to the insurance. Her office also handles the referral so all I have to do is wait for a phone call and show up!

Oh yeah and let’s not forget about her super awesome nice staff!!

This was hands down one of the best dental practices I’ve been too and I look forward to coming back!!!

This was my second visit after an initial cleaning. Dr. Epps was fixing a botched filling job that had me in pain for several months. I must note I have a general anxiety and fear when it comes to dentists. She and her staff were friendly and personable. They explained all aspects of the procedure. Best of all, I felt absolutely no pain, even when she pulled out that large needle to numb my gums. The procedure took longer than I anticipated and I know that is because it takes time to do things well. My teeth no longer hurt and I can chew on both sides thanks to her. I will be switching my family over to Heavenly Hands.

I left the office today with a WOW. I was greeted with a big Hello. The dental hygienist was excellent. She was thorough and did an outstanding job with cleaning my teeth. She explained the x-rays and also did a test on my time. MRS. Epps is just great! FRIENDLY, PATIENT AND listened. I will definitely go back and will refer others.

This place is perfect. Never a long wait. The front office staff are always very friendly. The assistants are very nice. The dentist herself is EXCELLENT. I got a shot today and didn’t even feel the pinch usually associated with needles lol she’s very good. The best experience I’ve had with a dentist yet. Very affordable prices as well

Absolutely love this place! The best dental experience I've had here in the Richmond 804 area. The level of proprofessionalism is incredible at her practice. All her assistants are friendly, courteous,and professional as well. It's a very clean and well organize facility. I Love it!

Went today for my first time and i must say the reviews was correct. A very friendly laid back office and great Dentist. I usually have very bad anxiety going to the Dentist, however it was no where near as bad as it usually it is 🙂 I felt very comfortable. Would definately recommend. Not going anywhere else.

I just recently switched my daughter to this practice. She normally hates the dentist and absolutely adored Dr. Epps and her staff. She said that it was a pleasant experience. I loved the fact that they had later business hours that helped with my busy schedule. I highly recommend this practice to anyone!!!!
