From the moment I rolled in the office, I could sense something would be different about this dental appointment. I'm ventilator and power wheelchair dependent so to say trying to find a dentist that would treat me was near impossible!!
The dental hygienist, Christina , put me at ease and had me smiling in no time. The panoramic x-ray was a no go for me. Christina used the x-ray gun and the child size adapter to fi inside my mouth. It was a success.
Then Dr. Haselman came in and he also put me at ease!! I was laughing and smiling and having too much fun at the dentist. He has a great chairside manner. 🤣🤣🤣
I now have a dentist to clean my teeth regularly. Dr. Haselman also gave me a stern talking to but I appreciated everything that was shared with me.

Dr. Hunt is excellent. He explains what he’s doing. I couldn’t even feel the pain killer shots in my gums. Very friendly and helpful staff.

No question about it, best dentists ever. I recently have seen Dr Haselman, and unlike his name, he is not a hassle. From the front desk to speaking to the doctor i felt cared for and was cared for thoroughly, even with follow up calls. He will do what it takes to get you feeling better, and you will be numb if its possible. Ms Chloe at the front desk is very adamant and respectful, just like all the other lovely receptionists. I just spoke to ms chloe the most so i remembered her name. I would recommend anyone with serious dental issues that need fixed to give them a call. I plan on bringing both of my children to see them and couldn't be more appreciative of their hard work and care. Thank yall so much! 804 stars out of 5

Dr. Hunt is an excellent dentist. He has a great chairside manner. We learned of his practice when he sent us a postcard years ago. He also has a practice in Cumberland, Virginia but it's been closed for some time.

Hope he reopens it someday because we have to drive over an hour to see him now.

Very happy with the team and quality of care and service. The practice is well run, and the team is always pleasant and courteous. They take recommended precautions to keep their patients safe. During COVID pandemic, our family felt safe with each visit.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, I’ve seen both dentists and couldn’t ask for better! Joan was gracious enough to give a discount and is always very nice and will talk with you like a friend, the ladies both up front and in the back are so nice and helpful, I don’t plan on switching anytime soon!

I've been going here for a few years now and Dr. Haselman is fantastic. He always makes me laugh and is extremely personable. The staff is great and very friendly as well. Highly recommended!

Such an easy process. You get in and get out. I don’t know her name and I believe she’s Russian but the girl that works front desk has a great attitude. Amazing group of people. Only reason I give 4 stars is because he didn’t tell me I needed my wisdom teeth removed. I had to find out on my own after having so much pain

I've been coming to this dentist since August this year, and had up to at least 3 appointments as of today.

Before my appointment today they informed me for the first time that we were sent two checks from our insurance to give to them from my past appointments. I informed them that we haven't received any checks, because we hadn't. And whether I can continue with my appointment today with my copay. They told me that I can continue with my appointment. But to also call our insurance about the checks. So I called my husband to speak to our insurance about the checks that we were supposed to had been sent because we did move in the beginning of October.

After my appointment the office manager, Joan told me that my husband informed her during my procedure over the phone that our insurance was resending the checks to us. And we'll bring them after we receive them. But that we still needed to pay the $400 bill out of pocket that the check was supposed to cover. She also said that we owed money from two other checks that they haven't received for my appointments starting in August as well.

I told her, wait. This was my 3rd appointment with them since August. But no one has ever mentioned that we're supposed to receive a check, or that we owed money. I asked her why we were being told all of this today, verses before or after my previous visits if money was due then as well? Instead of answering my question, Joan told me that she doesn't know if the checks were spent or not. But they were sent to us, but not for us to keep. And that my husband informed her that we don't have the money to pay the bills at the moment.

I told her that we had the money on the day of my appointments. But aside from that. I repeat. No one has said anything about all of this until today. So I asked her again, why? She kept informing me that the checks weren't for us, and that we owed the $400. And eventually after me constantly informing her that we hadn't received or spent the checks. She told me that she couldn't say why I wasn't informed of the checks or bills until today because she can't tell me who was in charge of checking the charts (since August). But she'll take my husband's word on bringing the checks to them after we receive them.

I can understand work errors because I know work can get busy.
But Joan was very rude and unprofessional, constantly insinuating that we spent the checks, and that we couldn't afford to pay our bills.
We don't care to jump and pay bills that started in August all because someone wasn't paying attention during my past 3 visits, and neglected to inform us about them until December.

I do not recommend.

Been to this Dr. Haselman 3 times in the last month, and the only thing he did was give me a lecture every time!!! I currently have an abscess on my gums and a cracked tooth that needs to be pulled!!! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! I really hope that I'm not Septic!!!
