We had an exceptional shopping experience at La Diff today. We found interesting furniture of exceptional quality, and were guided, informed, and inspired by Lea who spend much of the afternoon helping us create design charts of the options we were considering. The results were spectacular! The living room we designed was modern, light-filled, and elegant. Bravo, La Diff!

It was my first time checking out LaDiff. What a great experience. Dani was a wealth of information and we asked a lot of questions. We wandered around a long time but never felt pressured. Dani always showed up at the right time. The purchase and pick up went without a problem. Jamie and Kramer helped us in the back in making sure our chairs were ready pick up and made sure we had all the paperwork straight. As a business owner myself, it is so important to have great employees who go the extra mile. Well done!👍

La Diff always has high quality furniture and great customer service. I’ve bought many a piece from this store over the years. Lea helped my husband and I pick out a sofa and is the best to work with! She is so knowledgeable about all of the lines and just made the whole experience of shopping for furniture fun. I am so excited about my new chair from LaDiff. Dani made the process so easy. There were so many choices to see. After setting in at least 9 chairs , my decision was made. Dani answered all of my questions and Jamie in the back set me up with delivery. Kramer took care of loading us up and taking our extra boxes. After spending several fruitless hours hunting online for a sofa and chairs for our living room, we visited the LaDIFF showroom. We were greeted by Rick, who helped guide us to exactly what we were after. He was knowledgeable, just the right amount of attentive, and super candid and down-to-earth. After weeks of searching……..Eureka! I found the perfect leather recliner at La Diff. Rick was very helpful in making my decision. His knowledge of the various product lines helped me find the perfect fit for my needs and budget and made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. From the moment we walked into La Diff we knew we'd struck gold. What an amazing collection of furniture and accessories! To top it off, we met with Lea. She was so easy to talk to and it was clear that she listened carefully to our thoughts. We made a great team pulling ideas from all over the store with Lea guiding us gently to consider various aspects of the design process. She also played the diplomat since my husband and I had different ideas of what we wanted. In the end, her patient professionalism resulted in a living room we absolutely love. We highly recommend La Diff and encourage you to seek out the pros there, like Lea, who know how to give your space a designer's touch.

My husband and I have been talking about getting a sofa for over a year. We finally made the time to go to La Diff at the end of December, at their new location. It was easy to find, plenty of parking, and just the right amount of attention from the sales staff. Welcoming and available, but not obtrusive. Dani helped us select our final option, out of four we were considering, including fabric selections that would suit our lifestyle. She was personable, extremely knowledgeable about their offerings, and eager to research any questions for which she didn’t immediately know the answer. I can’t say our experience would have been any less great with a different employee, but it certainly couldn’t have been better. Looking forward to receiving our perfect sofa!!

Dani was very helpful on both visits to the store. She was very knowledgeable about the stressless products. My wife and I are in love with our new chairs! I suspect we’ll be back in the store soon. The delivery men were very efficient and there were no problems getting the chairs in place and set up.

Our new sofa just arrived and we couldn’t be more pleased. It was DEFINITELY WORTH the 6 month wait to get it. Dani was fabulous to work with and sent us frequent updates. We met her in June and gave her an idea of what we wanted. She understood us perfectly and here we are today with our gorgeous sofa that looks wonderful in our room. If you want customer service that is above and beyond your expectations, ask to work with Dani.

My experience with LaDIFF in Richmond VA has been excellent ! Our designer, Dani has been very professional , she was very thorough in trying to find what we were looking for, and had great input regarding what our ultimate design. Our furniture and rugs were delivered as promised and the delivery crew was also very professional. I should include that some of the other designers were equally helpful.

We had the opportunity to work with Dani Romano and had a great experience. Hard working and driven to find any solution she could to help us make our decisions. Very professional and very responsive. We have previously purchased with LaDiff approximately 8 years ago and all of the items purchased were high quality with great customer service. This was our first experience with LaDIFF and it was awesome! My wife has back issues and we were trying to find the perfect chair for her. Eric provided great insight to several models and was patient and understanding. His service went above and beyond. I am definitely a fan of Eric and LaDIFF!

I bought a set of stools about 14 years ago and one of them recently broke. I called La Diff to see if they could fix it for me. They said they could order the replacement part, but that I would have to put it together. We proceeded with ordering the part, but once received, I couldn’t get it to fit so I called La Diff to see if I could return it (the part). I was surprised when they said they would put it together for me, free of charge.
La Diff did not need to do this, but I am glad they did! They are extremely professional and customer-service oriented, especially Dani. For these reasons I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy furniture. 95% of our furniture was purchased from La Diff and it has all stood the test of time. Best furniture around!

I worked with Lea to purchase furniture for a condo that required specific sizes for the pieces to fit in the our allotted space. But, also wanted a certain look and of course comfort. She was amazing! Her demeanor was very friendly and cheerful. She had excellent knowledge of everything we looked at and helped us find perfect pieces. We had fabulous new furniture 5 days later and it was delivered to Charlottesville, so not even local. Lea was an absolute pleasure to work with. I have been to La diff many times and it is wonderful people like Lea that will keep me coming back.
