Buffalo Wild Wings

I absolutely enjoy this place. Yesterday, the wait was a bit longer than my normal early lunch order, but it's expected after 3:30 to spike up a bit for Tuesday's BOGO wings. It was the best cheat day ever for me.

3/3/23 enjoyed time out with my family. I come here often but rarely eat in. I enjoyed the ambiance. Staff is always friendly and capable of handling my order. Enjoy my chicken thoroughly.

Best food-ordered ultimate appetizer & all American burger. Both husband & I enjoyed our lunch.

Great food as always can be expected from this restaurant chain!
Service was a bit slow but we weren't in a hurry. But servers were cordial as always.

Definitely one of the better B-Dubs I've been to... Food was fresh and great margaritas.

Always very good wings. I love the Carolina Reaper wings or the mango habanero. They have excellent lunch deals. It does usually take a little time to get seated but the service is always good.

Great wings, jumping jalapeños is my favorite on boneless!!

I love closer to the one in Colonial heights and I prefer this location over that one. The waitress was friendly. She helped me with my rewards. I feel like the rewards program should be known about more. The waitress brought the food out and filled our drinks without having to ask for anything. Everything was perfect.

The staff is always nice and friendly, the food is as good as you'd expect a Bdubs to be. Only criticism would be the boneless wings are to hard ❤

We ordered a pick up order...today (6/15/2023) around 1-130... it was READY! AND!!! The FOOD WAS ACTUALLY GOOD!!! the wings where not dry and had enough sauce!!! The Onion rings where the best I have evvvverrr eaten from anywhere I dont know who they hired in the back or whats happening but I hope it continues!

This place has been on Time out for us for a long time... We pretty much all know what the HUGE issues are at this location. Lets just hope they keep it up and if it goes back to the way it was Im sure they are gonna be only staying afloat from the
"bar flies"

Walked out of the one in colonial heights after being refused to be sat, and I’ll admit as bad as the other one was probably held weight to how I felt about this one. That being said, these people were fast, polite, and the dude probably got a much bigger tip than usual because of the experience I had just been through. But definitely eat here, not there. We should band together and never eat at colonial heights BWW until they change or go out of business and fire that trash waitress.

The bartender can really make a drink I go there at least twice a week

Ms. Juanita is the bartender I would want every time I'm served a drink. She does her job with grace and urgency. I ordered food online which was cold when I came early to pick it up but she definitely gave me a service I'd come back for another. Mon, We'd and Fri she's there. Come see her and be respectful.

Lovely staff. One particular host was a wonderful young man. Very pleasant. The hostess was ok but they did tend to be heavy in conversation. Not rude but preoccupied. As I said the young man was the experience with a smile on his face. He deserved the tip I gave him an more I just did not have more cash on me.

I came in today to place an oder and my gift card did not work after trying several times.. Dre resolved ithe issue in no time.
He took the time to help me with an smile. Thank you Dre

Very professional staff. Never had a bad experience here. My food is always good and the wait time is always reasonable. You guys are doing amazing.

Usually the dry rub Desert Heat is hot enough to make my nose run but this past time it just want kicking but other than that everything was GREAT! Service has really picked up since the hight of covid

I've personally never had a bad experience at this location, though I've read the other reviews.

It seems there's been a change in management in the past few weeks, and from what I understand, the store has really turned around. The new manager (managers?) seems to have tackled a lot of the issues that other reviewers have mentioned.

Again I've always had good experiences, but I'd encourage anyone who's previously had a less than great experience at this B Dubs to maybe give them another shot!

Buffalo wildwings in colonial heights messed up my order the day before and I just found myself in the area so I decided to ask if they would on behalf of buffalo wildwings fix what colonial heights didn't include in my order the day before and the manager was awesome food was great and service was too...

Delicious but they need to update the timing
The websites days they close @10 pm
But they close only @12 mid night
