The staff are friendly and professional. They are clear about the rental expectations, so you know exactly how everything works and helpful if you have questions. The only thing is, I wish they offered a second box size and that they would offer a prorated amount if you don't need it for the whole month. Either way, I'm a return customer anyway, so I would recommend giving them a shot.

So far so good. Great deal. Delivery was super easy and my driver was friendly and quick! Edited: I have also gotten Fantastically remarkable customer service both times I have called them! Whatever this company does, they keep their people happy, which shows in their service.
Update, I had a problem with billing, they fixed it immediately with delightful service. They just picked up my box and delivered to new place, while synchronizing my delivery with that of my fiancee, who Im so excited to be with. And SmartBox helped a ton!

I have had 2 problems with billing now, that were resolved after several calls. Now my partner, who i fully recommended to use this service, has also had multiple problems with billing. I LOVED the company and all the people, but whoever they have doing their billing is no good at their job. Please fix your billing department and I will revise this review again.

The driver was one of the nicest guys I’ve met. Company is very responsive and keeps you up to date every step. I didn’t have to chat with anyone for 20 minutes just to get a quote. I would highly recommend SMARTBOX!

Delivery was great and price was right! We needed to store stuff as we are prepping our house for sale and stage and clean things out. I ordered them on a Wed and they were delivered the next day and will have them picked up next week! Glad one thing has been easy in this process!

!AAaI had to change my drop of date the day before it was supposed to arrive and they had no problem. The driver was the same for drop offs and pickup and he was ontime and very nice. He gave me good suggestions regarding location based on the sun and what the contents of each container was.

Customer service was great when I signed up for the smart boxes. They worked with my schedule as far as when I needed them picked up and dropped off at my new place. Only thing I had an issue with was closing the box doors. The piano hinges are warped so the clips won’t latch or line up and it was a little difficult to place a lock on it. All my items arrived with no damage so overall I’m very happy with the service.

Boxes were delivered right at the start of the delivery window provided. Great service!

Wow! Yep - You need to go with this company! I don’t think I could recommend SmartBox enough. The online process was very easy. I was followed up by a prompt email and personal phone call from a local team member. Both the delivery driver and the phone representative were kind, personable, and professional. I was especially impressed with the delivery driver who went above and beyond to help me. One of the things that stuck with me was their phrase “welcome to the [SmartBox] family.” To top it all off, their prices are great compared to competitors, and I wouldn’t say there is anything being forfeited by the lower prices. Our old house sold before our new house was finished being built yet. We stored our entire house in SmartBoxes for 3.5 months. The process was easy, I felt like our belongings were safe and taken care of and everything was delivered in the exact condition we left them in. Very great experience, highly recommend!

Delivery driver -Deandre - texted me when he was in route, walked the property with me to insure we were in agreement as to the placement of the Smartbox, and took extra care to protect the low hanging tree limbs across the driveway as he placed the Smartbox.

Every person I talked to from Oregon to Virginia was fantastic! Personable, friendly and professional. Great service at an awesome value. Made the cross country move a breeze.

The driver kept me updated on arrival time and when I needed him to wait a few minutes for another delivery that showed up at the same time he was good natured about even though he had a schedule to stick to and it delayed him a few minutes.

Used a storage container for Extra space during a kitchen reno. Box was as advertised and suited my needs perfectly. Deliver and pick up were both painless. The delivery team did a good job making sure the box was where we wanted it.

I love the fact that there was no pick-up fee like Pods. For the same 16 feet the Smartbox was $50.00 cheaper per month. Both had delivery fees but only Smartbox pickedup whendone for free. Customer service was great every time I called and changed my dates!

Used smartbox to store some items in my home that I was keeping after a fire and while renovations were taking place. The delivery process and pick up process was perfect and the box was easy to use and had protection against the weather. Would highly recommend them
