Honestly I had low hopes for a cake to come out the way I had it in my head and was very skeptical but when i saw the cake I fell in love with it! It was better than I thought it would be and I didn’t get a chance to take taste it but everyone said it tasted great barely had any left after the party also she printed out instructions to keep the cake fresh if we had left overs and how to cut the cake

Ellen fit me in for a very special cake for my 84 year old neighbor whom had only 1 piece of cake in his life. With Ellen's help it was a day to remember! And my neighbor is still talking about his cake. That was less then a month ago and I just bought myself a cake, because once you have had a piece of Ellen's cake it does not leave your mind.

Wonderful experience with my daughter’s second birthday cake. We chose chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream with a Minnie Mouse theme. Cake looked just like the picture I provided. The Minnie Mouse figure was outstanding. Cake was delicious and not too sweet. We tweaked the amount of fondant from my original picture and it turned out awesome!

SO GLAD THAT I CHOSE COPYCAT CAKES! While her emails may seem dry and to the point, her cakes are anything but! The cakes are moist and flavorful. I personally asked for a strawberry and vanilla layered cake and it was delicious! The buttercream icing is light and airy, not overly sweet, and perfectly offsets the thick fondant. There's no kidding, this lady is a master at what she does. Right down to the design, the cake I requested literally could not have been better. Fantastic attention to details. Even when I shared this 8 inch cake( which was extra tall and weighed well over 10 lb) with my co-workers, they could not say enough about how delicious it was. I will never use anyone else for my cakes again. I have found my Baker.

We are so very happy with our cake from Ellen! She will custom create any flavor you want. I requested a Biscoff layer and it tasted spot on! We had soooo many compliments on the cake from its design to its taste. Thank you for creating this delicious smash hit!

Today when I entered Manga's Mini Treats, I found that Copy Cat Cakes had partnered to sell mini cakes in this location. Today was indeed a special treat. I picked up a Banana cake and it was delicious. The cake was moist. The flavoring was present and not overwhelming. What a wonderful balance of flavors! I look forward to tasting next week's specialty flavor.

We used Copy Cat Cakes for my son's 8th birthday. They were awesome to work with and did a great job. We met with Sonja to pick up the cake and her personality and care was out of this world. We will be sure to use them again in the future.

The Teddy Bear cake was red velvet & the Make Up Cake was yellow cake with chocolate frosting.
My son in law love red velvet cake. He said that was the Best Red Velvet Cake he has ever had!

Copy Cat Cakes made the cake for my daughter's wedding on October 14th, 2018. Ellen was awesome. She set up the cake and cut it. We had 3 different flavors and all 3 were so delicious. Several guests asked who made the cake because it was so pretty and tasty. She was easy to work with, reasonably priced and dependable. I would definitely use her again!

I ordered a Mad Hatter themed cake for my friend’s bridal shower. Ellen was very quick to respond throughout the ordering process, and she perfectly recreated the cake from the picture I sent her.
