I can not say enough positive things about this place. I traveled 345 miles to pick up this truck. I had a few concerns about the truck before leaving. So they sent it right over to there garage. the mechanic pulled both back wheels and rotors. And they found nothing wrong. We shook hands. And I started my trip home. The truck made it back home with no problems. But upon driving it a couple days. I found a issue with the truck. I called Woodfins. And told them about the problem. There response was above & beyond. To keep it short. They stepped up. And paid for it to be corrected. I would buy another truck 100% from them again. They keep there word. And put customer first.

I live in Chicago. I bought a used bucket truck on EBay from them on blind faith in February of 2018. They were fair and honest about the vehicle, saying that all was in good working order. I drove the truck off their lot the 800 miles home without incident. It has been working great ever since with just general maintenance.

Great experience from start, to finish, and more. Had a slight malfunction with a transmission within a few days and they worked with me to handle the situation quickly. Thanks a bunch! The bucket truck is working out great.

I hope they can find what I am looking for.. I wouldn't want to buy a work truck from another place.. these people are great!! They are informed and knowledgeable about what is on their lot. They understand what their customers want and what they can afford.. I have respect for them because they show me respect..

I love this place. They sold me van and it is running very well and Sherry was very very polite intelligent and professional. She kept me laughing the whole time sold me a great vehicle and I would recommend anyone to come there. If there were 10 stars on here I will give them 10 Stars.

Great people to buy from I wood definitely buy from them again everyone there was very nice and helpful the pics.on the internet and description was very good and as advertised I was very happy I traveled almost 4 hours and wouldn't hesitate to do it again!! Thanks for the great purchase!!

I cannot express how very disappointed and frustrated I am with this dealer. I spoke with Kevin several times over a two week period. The very first conversation we had was about the condition of the van I was interested in. I explained to him I am a busy person and I don’t want to waste his time or mine. I wanted to know if the van had a lot of rust? Was it possibly from up north where this was a known issue? He explained it was from West Virginia and had a small amount of rust as you would expect. He said it was in the shop for a new manifold because it was leaking. After some time he called to say it was ready. We agreed on a price and planed a time for me to come purchase the van. I arranged for myself and another paid employee to make the trip cash in hand to pick up the van. What we found was beyond words. This van had severe rust on the underside and the rocker panel(s)had been poorly replaced it had spray foam in around the edge. With a closer look the van had be wrapped with white vinyl. It appears that they wrapped over the rusty areas and bubbled paint. I was beyond frustrated and disappointed. I couldn’t believe what I saw. At this point no one had come out of the office yet. I thought about just leaving. But I decided to at least give the people a chance to explain. After all they assured me they had been in business for over 60 years. I went inside to speak with Kevin. I expressed my concerns, he did say “ yes we wrap our trucks to make them look nice” other than that all he said was ”I’m sorry.” Every issue I pointed out, his response was “I’m sorry”.
Well Kevin, I’m sorry. I’m sorry I wasted a few weeks of my time apparently waiting for the rust to be wrapped over..... While you were giving me excuses why I couldn’t come see the van. I’m sorry I got the hopes up of one my employees that he was going to pick up his nice new (to him) van. I’m sorry I had to ride home 2.5 hours with this young man sitting in horrible disappointment. I’m sorry you couldn’t just have been honest from the beginning. I don’t usually write bad reviews. But I have serious concerns of the condition of these vehicles. I cannot help but to feel a little guilty if I don’t let others know to be very weary of any of your trucks. In the end, I’m sorry I almost fell for this scam.
