Lynns Alterations

Lynn did a wonderful job on two of my dresses for a wedding. It was quick and easy. She was very kind and friendly. The prices were not expensive at all. Thank you Lynn!! I will be coming back to you for future alterations.

I got a costume altered here because it was too big. Lynn was able to make it fit perfectly for me and quickly! she was also such a sweetheart! Highly recommend

Scary, last minute day off wedding pick up. Misplaced daughters dress. Told me pick up would be the week of. Not the day of a few hours before wedding. Couldn't do the sleeves of wife's dress as well, when was told they could be done. I understand you get busy but that was very close. Did not like the experience.

The worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. All the other bridesmaids in the wedding party that I went to paid significantly cheaper in which case I asked the owner why my dress cost so much. She had every opportunity to explain to me why instead she chose to give me an attitude and hang up on me. Then when I picked up my dress I kindly explain to her when someone asked me why the prices I charge are I told him in a kind manner. She proceeded to tell me that I was the one with the attitude and she doesn’t have to explain herself. I have a wedding party of seven that I would’ve gladly taken to her and now I refuse to ever do business here again and I will make sure that everyone I know Does not come here either only to be treated horribly.
