Sleep Inn Richmond South

The stay here was great!! Room was nice and clean housekeeping made sure that my room was clean everyday for 4 1/2 weeks of my stay I had fresh towels and washed clothes everyday... the bed was very comfortable.. breakfast was nice and hot every morning.. if u are looking for somewhere nice comfortable and clean. This hotel on willis rd is the place to be at this location off i-95....

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean and service was really good. The hotel staff even went out of their way to hold onto my smartwatch that I accidentally left behind and called me so I could come and get it. That alone gets my trust with them. I’d definitely stay here again.

I had to write this review. It's fine! It's like Hampton inns ugly cousin. Sure there was a strong smell of cleaning products when I went into the room, but it was clean and it actually did look like the pictures on the website. I was very happy. I saw another review mentioned a missing towel rack on the shower door and a stain on the carpet. I think I got that room 108. But look, it's an $80 a night hotel. The bed was comfortable the room was clean the sheets were soft so there was a little stain on the carpet and the towel rack was missing it was actually very very good for the price.

I enjoy my night but the rooms can be updated with better TVs and more charging outlets.

We reserved the night hours in advance on a Friday night. We can definitely say giving it a chance was worth it. It was a good experience. No signs of bedbugs! No weirdos out doing exchanges in the parking lot, no loud disturbances, just nice staff, clean, comfy, quiet rooms. And a good nights rest for my whole family before our cross country road trip! Thank you guys for making it a good stay.

Georgia is absolutely fabulous!!! I'm so happy she was there to receive us!! Hotel is chill, super accommodating!! This girl deserves a raise!! She goes above and beyond 🙏🥰

Plaisantly surprised, the room was confortable, the rest nothing around except Burger Kimg n McDonald's.
Had to take car to goid restaurant. Lady at front des was very nice. Not much of à breakfast arrived at 8:20 and it was written "no more" !!!!! We never saw anything in it so no breakfast , we had to go to Mc Donalds😕
Desapointed cause it say's 6 to 9 am for breakfast.

The room was very clean. There were a few out dates features but its a hotel. The staff was friendly the bed was soft and clean. No bugs No cigarettes burns and no drug deals in the parking lot. All and all its safe clean and I would stay again.

Comfortable, Pet Frendly!!! Convenient to downtown Richmond and 95 access

My experience with this hotel is great. I transferred to the area after my promotion at work. The staff has been great to my wife and I. Special shout out to Dillinger, not only has she always been friendly, she knew I get up early and she has made sure that there was coffee for me. She has great customer service skills and her bubbly personality makes for great conversations!! I will recommend this hotel to work colleges and friends and family.

We had a room on the front of the hotel and 95 runs beside it so I thought it was going to be noisy but it wasn't. We didnt hear anything our entire stay. We did have to open the window to sleep at night because the air wouldn't work but it wasn't intolerable. Room was clean. Will definitely stay again.

Heather and her staff are GREAT, the hospitality they show is excellent.
Rooms are comfortable & very super clean.
BREAKFAST is free ...juice eggs, sausages.bagels,toasts, make your own waffle, cold cereal, oatmeal, coffee, what more could ask for, housekeeping staff great
Most IMPORTANT, front desk staff, those young ladies are FAMILY...thank you much LOVE

The lady who checked me in was very nice and polite. When we got to our room it was clean and comfortable. Pretty much exactly what I look for when I'm away for business for a few days, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel!!! Front desk CSR Miss Chance is very courteous and helpful. Hotel is very clean and friendly. Anything you need they are willing to help. No bedbugs or other pests. Breakfast has your typical coffee, eggs, waffles, sausage,yogurt,bagel,cereal, muffins. Recommend over other hotels near by.

Came in for a funeral, my fiance , my mother and I stayed there. It was a nice room and I wish we had queens instead of a double but it will still good. The 2 pm check in was awesome

Very friendly staff. Not the newest inn, but well maintained. Breakfast from 630-930am. Spent almost a week here. Free coffee in the lobby 24/7. Guest laundry on 2nd floor. Over all a peaceful quite stay and walking distance to Burger King or McDonald's. Other restaurants within a couple miles.

Great staff. Great accommodations. Very reasonable prices. My team enjoyed their stay.

Love it!! And I will never forget, my boyfriend ask me to marry him!! It's was beautiful all the flowers tha he put in the room!!! I say YES!!👰🤵... the breakfast was good and the staff verry friendly, everything clean..thank you!!
