Great food and great service. Good to go because the AC unit wasn't working properly and it was too hot inside.

they’ve always been great here. employees are very friendly and they almost always have everything in stock. it’s also tiny so it’s very cozy inside, but a little worn down. it’s been here for the past 24 years i’ve been alive

Clean, friendly and upbeat environment. Alway make my drinks to perfection! Has hot, iced and frozen coffees, as well as lattes & macchiatos, smoothies, coolattas, fruit iced teas, bottles drinks etc. So many flavors and varities to choose from, the possibilities are endless! Fresh & delicious donuts, warm croissants, sandwiches, snacks and bagels etc. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Downside, no drive thru.

Thought Wednesday would be a great day for a dozen donuts for the office. The young fellow that helped me at the window was extremely upbeat and friendly. It was a real pleasure starting my day to such an upbeat friendly person! Just wanted to take the time and acknowledge such great customer service! Thanks

The staff is amazing! For a place that is always out of something, broken machines and short-staffed, they keep it moving. You may not get your latte because the machine is broken or they are out of glazed donuts but you will get amazing customer service and they will do all they can to get you close.

I suggest the owner or regional person get the staff what they need to work. It's not fair to the staff that COME to work and STAY at work to have to deal with huffing and puffing from your customers. Just sayin!

The cashier provided great service and a beautiful and well mannered young woman got hired today! This store is always full of happy faces and great personalities. I gave the cashier a $10 tip; which was more than my coffee.. Please travel to this location before visiting others. I'm sure you would decide to eat in and embrace the good vibes.

love the 2 young ladies who work in the evening at the beginning of the week, very nice and fast workers. donuts are limited but iced coffee always comes out perfect, i recommend going when those 2 girls are working. excellent customer service

Okay so this DD used to have bad reviews and I had a few visits in the past that weren’t so good. But this morning, January 18, 2020 a very pretty young lady named Kaila S. took my order, made my drinks and my food. Not only was I in and out of there in less than 5 minutes but she made me the BEST mocha cold brew I’ve ever had! She was very nice, very prompt, and she definitely knows what she’s doing. I hope I’m giving credit to the right person! (the name of the person on my receipt who was signed in on the POS was Kaila S.) I will definitely be coming back and I hope when I do she’s there to make my drinks! Oh and I hope management recognizes what a good employee she is! Thank you again Kaila!

Service was very quick, kid friendly & convenient! Both staff members that helped us were respectful & friendly. First time at this location on a quick donut run, will definitely be back again!!!

The Boston cremes are always delicious but today I tried a caramel latte with my donuts and it was very good... Thanks Dunkin!! The Iron Bridge Road Location where the little lady serve me on Sunday and Monday night before closing.

They were the busiest ive seen them be today. Every employee was being friendly and helpful. Short wait for 2 bacon egg and cheese croissants (that were huge btw) and an iced coffee. Will be back.

The staff at this location is fantastic and, unlike some other locations, they never seem to be out of donuts.

This Dunkin Donuts was always horribly managed until my past few visits. Just found out during my last visit that it's been under new ownership for the past four months. So far so good!

Very nice location. Used the app to put in a mobile order. Our order was large, however everything was done well. Order was ready on time and staff were friendly! Highly recommend!
