The BEST Butcher between Bristol and Abingdon hands down! Very friendly and knowledgeable butcher that’s also willing to take the time to educate customers on various cuts of meat. Great regional meat that’s fresh- lifelong customer has been acquired !!!

We are so thankful that we have this business in Abingdon. These guys have taken such good care of us over the last three years. We don’t buy our meat anywhere else, as their product is so superior and reasonably priced. They have even provided us with our meat for our annual fondue party, so accommodating and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you, we are grateful. Support these guys please! You would also be doing yourself a huge favor!

We were stuck with a still frozen bird the day before thanksgiving. Snow’s to the rescue with and awesome turkey (we lucked out. He was otherwise sold out but had one big bird that he sold me). Thanks!

We went in for a mild sausage, and ended up getting 2 of all flavors! Great shop, great selection, wonderful customer service and so welcoming inside. Cooked the mild sausage so far. Is so flavorful, but not spicy. Delicious. Can't wait go back.

So far I've gotten chicken breasts and bacon from here, happy with both! Prices aren't much more than the local grocery store, but for a better quality product, so you can't beat that. Staff has always been very kind and helpful. They are a great addition to Abingdon! Looking forward to trying out more of what they have to offer.

I love this food-shopping option. The meats ate high quality & are showcased beautifully in their refrigerated display. The proprietor & his employees are friendly & accommodating & the prices are reasonable. Pimento cheeses & pther " provisions" are also appealing. Give it a try.

I went in yesterday for the first time and bought some house cured bacon and a take and bake meatloaf. The bacon is wonderful and the meatloaf was the best I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. The butcher is very friendly as well. I’ll be back soon for more meatloaf!!

I'm doing a Whole30 diet that excludes things like sugars (and all sweeteners), MSG, etc. Finding sausages at the grocery store without added sugar was impossible, but I was able to find sugar and MSG free breakfast sausage at Snow's.

We've also had some delicious ribeyes from here.

It’s a great, classic-style butcher shop to stop by for preparing a special meal. I also recommend buying a gift card from Snow’s for a friend or loved one. It’s always a big hit as a gift!

Be sure to try the Snow Virginia Chop bone in cut 1.5 inches thick. They are amazing.
