I love Dr. Collie I came in for sciatica and he massage my back the nurse Lisa is the best at giving injections. Considering I'm scared of needles. The staff at the front desk are a beautiful staff. There's no waiting. In 30 mins I was seen and back home. I love my doctors office!!! 10 stars ✨ across the board!!!!! 😘

I have been coming to this office for about a year now...I originally started years ago with Dr. Penate (love him), left and came back because I didn't drive and needed to be closer for transportation. All the doctors and staff are great! I really appreciate the fact that they do their very best to help you. You always can call when your sick, and if your doctor can't see you, another doctor on staff will take care of you. That's comforting for me to know. Nothing is perfect... but I would highly recommend this office.

I've been going to them for a few years now but today I saw the new doctor, Dr. Collie. He actually asks questions, shows you and explains the results of your lab work and other tests you've had done, has a great bedside manner, and is very informative (especially about medication). Looking forward to my next visit (which I rarely say about doctors 😂)

I am not sure where all of the negative comments are coming from about how rude and disorganized they are... My family and I have gone to Davita Medical Group in Coral Springs for years and have never had a problem. Maybe it’s the doctor we see? We see Dr. Israel Penate. He is very good at his practice and great at taking care of us. A few times I have had to call to get my prescriptions refilled, and they have taken care of them without any problems. Their office is clean and appears to be organized to me.
I hope going forward that other patients will have good experiences like ours have been.

I have been going here for my yearly checkups for the last 9yrs. Yelena Bedard is my doctor and I 💯 love her. Very knowledgeable and empathetic. I actually look forward to those visits every year 😁

Dr. Penate is what a doctor should be. He listens, answers my questions and gives honest suggestions and opinions. I have been blessed to find and have him as my doctor. The front desk staff are always pleasant, helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Dr Gómez is the best doctor we can have ever. My entire family and more important my parents see Dr Gomez and we love his accuracy and kindness.

Clean, spacious office. Very nice staff and accommodating. Dr. Miloscia explained well the results of my blood work and very detailed with my physical exam.

Low wait times, friendly reception, and thoughtful and inquisitive doctors. I got all my blood work done in the office as well, without having to go elsewhere. Great place!

Had no trouble making a convenient appt. Staff very nice and helpful. Transportation van is a big plus at no cost. The staff is very busy, but my wait is usually about 10 mins. until i see my doctor. Had one issue when they were supposed to fax my bloodwork results to my surgeon. Was promised it would be done, but it never was so i had to get a copy and do it myself. I like coffee when i come in, but its rarely there. That is a minor issue though. All in all, this is a good office with good staff. Please give us coffee. 😎 Update: Thanks for reply from owner!

I'm not sure what to say about this office. I am a new patient since last June and have yet to be able to see the dr Miloscia. I seem to have run into a brick wall with the staff. I had bloodwork done and am concerned about the results and would like to talk with her. I can't get an appt. Nurse/med asst was unconcerned and just told me to keep taking my meds. I don't think they are working well. I guess I will be looking for another dr again.

I've been going to this office for over 20 plus years seeing Dr Penate and Dr Gomez and other doctors on staff. this review does not reflect on them, I think they're excellent doctors and wish I could still continue to see them, unfortunately the company Optum which manages the office no longer takes my insurance and I understand that DR. offices drop insurance companies occasionally and you move on to another doctor or you could decide to pay out of pocket/cash and remained with that office, I requested that I will pay out of pocket/cash to see my doctor, but they tell me that since they no longer take my insurance, therefore they cannot take me as a cash customer, but if I had no insurance at all then they could take me as a cash customer which is confusing to me, it sounds like they have some kind of Vendetta against my insurance company that they dropped. after 20 plus years they just kicked a long time patient to the curb because they no longer need them. the only sad part is I personally didn't get to say goodbye to Dr Penate and Dr Gomez who after 20+ years i had more than just a patient doctor relationship. its sad how big corp. treats people today.

Worst Dr. Office. Very unprofessional. Front desk just horrible and rude. Almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone and setup an apt. They will answer the phone and then hang up. Dr. Yelena Zotova Bedard is rude and unprofessional. I was very sick for 3 weeks with a bad cold, cough and Laryngitis I couldn't talk at all. She refused to give me a Doctors note for work. Her own employee did not agree with her. She told me "Your voice is not that bad, you can go back to work". I had to contact the Office manager who was very understanding and provided me with a Doctors note for work.

This office seems to be disconnected from its patients. I saw Dr. Miloscia 1 time and the follow thru was miserable. Was told to simply walk in a few weeks after initiation of medication for a blood pressure review. When attempting to do so I was told by a nurse unless I schedule an appointment and make a payment I won’t be seen. I was told the Dr would work with me in terms of a medication short-term due to insurance issues. When trying to refill the medication it took 6 phone calls, 2 of them i was hung up on, to be told the Dr wasn’t willing to refill and short term meant once. Here I am a month after trying to get my blood pressure medication refilled and no response from the dr or her staff (I and the pharmacy have requested refills). The Dr hasn’t even had the courtesy to call me. As a self paid patient I was told the visit would start at $45 and go up. That seemed cheap and I expected to pay more. When leaving, the bill totaled $75 and Iwas told that was the cost of my visit. 2 weeks later I received a bill in the mail for an additional $150. I would not recommend this place at all. The urgent care gives better treatment and service

Very unprofessional office. Nurse Gennifer Is so rude, inpatient, lack impathy and disrespectful. On many occasions she has beeen so rude. There’s another nurse did not get her name but she is the same way. Dr. Barnard should also be more professional and stop yelling in the office. I wonder why these nurses work at a job they hate so much. Why deal with sick patient on a daily basis when this is clearly not their passion. The entire staff needs major training on everything and especially customer service and how to be more sympathetic towards sick patients.
