Keneshia is a great Realtor/person to work with, she's a very caring, kind and friendly person. I really enjoy the experience we had throughout the entire time. I will be recommending her to anyone I know that's looking for an house to purchase.

Keneshia was a pleasure to work with. She removed a mountain of stress out of the home buying experience. She and her husband are very knowledgeable, and well informed on the market. In today's market my fear was real and justified. It was our first home buying experience and our real purchase as a couple together. Keneshia first learned who we were as individuals and then she took our two very different personalities and found us the perfect home. She rolled out the red carpet. Keneshia helped me purchase my first home in 2020 and it was such a great experience that when I moved for work in 2022 and needed to sell, I immediately called her up and let me tell you, her greatness is consistent! Although I wasn't always timely and prompt (shift work with a newborn is a killer) she sure was and she never got frustrated with me. She answered my questions and went above and beyond to ensure clarity. I honestly can't say one bad thing about either of my experiences with her from the two times that I worked with her.

Keneshia is absolutely amazing! In our brief time of getting to work with her, my wife and I were able to experience a realtor who was super kind and attentive to our needs and wants. I am upset that I am not moving in the Jacksonville area anymore just due to the fact that we cannot continue to work with her. She is cordial and professional and is everything I hope to get from our next realtor for the area we are now moving to.

Mrs. Keneshia was referred to us by my wife’s grandparents since she was so helpful in their house hunting journey a year ago. My wife and I are first time home owners so we had absolutely no idea what we were doing or what to expect. With the real estate market as crazy as it is right now we thought we had no hope of finding a house we loved within our budget any time soon. Mrs. Keneshia went above and beyond and got us in a new townhouse in an amazing area, less than a mile from my grandparents, and all within just a few short months. Both Mrs. Keneshia and her husband are so sweet and were very quick to answer any questions or worries we had during the process. I had reached out to a few real estate agents before I had the pleasure of running into Keneshia. As a first time home buyer, I was pretty nervous, especially as I had to buy sight unseen due to the Covid-19 protocols around the country. However, Keneshia possessed many qualities that helped this process go as smooth as possible.

Since the home buying process was nearly all virtual for me, Keneshia went above and beyond looking at each home as if it were her own. She took thorough videos and even made sure I could see tiny details in each home through video call.

We had so many obstacles but when we hired her as our realtor she got our home sold quickly when we didn’t think it was possible. I recommend her to be your realtor.
