Abingdon Automart

In response to the last review my husband and I both had been hacked. We discovered it early yesterday morning and fixed the problem. It effected all of our social media our business page and all. We have no idea exactly how long we had been hacked as neither one of us uses social media very much. But if you were messaged we apologize as it was not us that contacted you.

I traded in my 2012 SUV. For a 1992 Jeep Wrangler Islander. They was super nice and even threw in a new soft top, on top the great deal they gave me. The Jeep was from south Carolina. It's had only 3 rust spot throughout the entire Jeep. I already put well over 500 miles on the Jeep. It runs like a new one. I always wanted an old 90s model Jeep Wrangler from when I was in high school. They made my dream come true. Thank you all so much and I'll send everyone I talk to down your way.

I purchased a jeep from them, they have been first class all the way with me. I have nothing bad to say about them, all nice people. I was very pleased with the deal the owner gave me on my jeep wrangler. Would buy from them again in the future.

These guys are great! Susan is the sweetest person in the world. Andrew is one of the great dealers in the area. I recently bought a 2010 Ford F150 from them and not only did I get a great vehicle but made good friendships too. I highly recommend them if your looking for a fair deal and and good ppl to do business with.

As a small business owner myself, I make it a point to support small businesses every chance I can, especially after a year like 2020. That being said, Andrew sets a high standard in customer service. He and his wife welcomed my family with open arms for a truly genuine, comfortable buying experience. We traveled 2 hours to look at a vehicle we were interested in purchasing at the last minute. Andrew and his wife waited after hours , and met us with the most sincere hospitality. Last but not least, the high quality in the vehicle we purchased. If we’re in the market for a vehicle in the future, I’ll certainly want to call Andrew first knowing it’ll be honest and relaxed with quality products to choose from.

Best customer service experience I have ever had...They really treat you like family here...I really appreciate all the work you guys put into helping me get this car...

Update... I just wanted to re-post because this actually ended up being the absolute worst customer service experience EVER... Two weeks after the purchase of the car the engine blew up...They would not help me fix it.. and gave the a car to drive that was in dangerous mechanical condition...I told them this and they said take it or leave it thats all they had...I drove it one day and while driving the wheel bearing broke, luckily I wasn't driving fast and could get it safely off the road...After that when I would call to speak to the owner they would always have an excuse of why I could not speak to him...I ask for his cell number and they said if I didn't already have it they could not give it to me...Eventually they would see my number on the caller ID and wouldn't even answer my calls at all...They completely refused to take responsibility or help me at all when they knew that something bad was wrong with the car when they sold it to me and didn't disclose that with me...I would not recommend buying anything from them unless you want a lemon...They do not care if they put you in a car that is dangerous, all they care about is making their money...

My last 4 vehicles have been bought at the lot! Thank you Andrew Jessee

I bought a super nice vehicle , I am still driving it and the only problems that I have had are just general maintenance, like brakes . Things with used cars sometimes aren’t perfect! I love my car!

I bought a F-350 back in December and any time it has had any issues he has made sure to take care of them. He also was very easy to deal with and I enjoyed coming here.

Abingdon automart is the only used car dealership that i would trust me and my girlfriend took a 1999 Honda Civic up there and traded it in on a very nice Nissan Xterra the staff is extremely nice and polite and understanding they will work with you on any vehicle they have on the lot we are extremely happy with the way they helped us i would recommend everyone to go there for the best experience you can get other car lots won't give you the time of day but at Abingdon automart they treat you like somebody and Andrew the boss is extremely nice and polite and understanding as well

Awesome experience. If you can check your own oil and have a driver's license, you should have no problem with there vehicle's.
