LUKE'S CAFE

This is a really cool little restaurant. We were passing thru on i81 and I’m glad we stopped here. Amazing burger. Great service and I love the atmosphere. You may have to wait a little but as the restaurant is very small but trust me. It is well worth the wait. The wait staff here is super friendly as well. Five stars.

This place is amazing. I’m traveling from out of state and I wish we had Luke’s Cafe back home. Everything was delicious. The chicken was off the chain 😋 Service was great and the atmosphere is chill with lots of awesome art pieces and nostalgic decor. Music was great too! Southerner approved sweet tea!👌🏼

This diner is a Gem!! The burgers are delicious!! The staff are really nice n friendly. Customer service is excellent!! Definitely we’ll come back when we’re thru this area again. Recommend highly!!

Wonderful experience at Luke's the day before Thanksgiving! There are many things we observed that make this local cafe special: Our order was FRESH (and yeah, I do mean all caps 'fresh'); flavorful and with meticulous preparation-- from the hand-cut veggies on my salad to the made- from-scratch dressings; and an atmosphere that is friendly to people of all ages and tastes. The staff I spoke with (Beth and Leslie) were delightful; and even our young server went above and beyond by bringing us some extra napkins without our saying a thing. This level of attention and care is exceptional and for that, we give Luke's a standing ovation. Thanks for making our day easily one to be thankful for!

Wonderful food, wonderful service. If you’re driving through or even if you’re local this place is definition southern hospitality. The staff is friendly and treats you like they know you, and the food is all fresh and homemade. The fish tacos are a MUST TRY, and the truffle fries are incredible.

At first it seems a little funky walking in. Listening to the music though is soothing. Good newer alternative is playing. Lots of things on the wall are eye catching while you wait for your order. I went with the crab cake sandwich and it was so flavorful. I had a bite of the fish tacos and those were extremely good as well. Fried fish with the fried tortilla was nice. Will be making future stops.

Highly recommend! The food is definitely chef quality and well above any large chain restaurants here locally. Its fresh and full of flavor all the way through. The waitress staff is super friendly, helpful and full of smiles. Love the large variety of choices so there’s something for everyone.

This place never disappoints me. It is amazing each and every time I come here! The atmosphere is unique and fun, I highly recommend visiting this place. Luke's Classic Burger is the way to go, at least for me. It's delicious and juicy every time. Thank you Luke's for bringing joy to my life!

I have never had a bad experience here. The food & dessert delicious always. And I've always felt comfortable with the atmosphere and staff, never have I felt it's overpriced either.

Reminds me of a college hole-in-the-wall. Food was amazing. I was not expecting the food to be that good. I got the shrimp appetizer (gulf shrimp not from pond) and chicken alfredo with sun dried tomatoes. My wife got the crab cakes. I will be back.

Food and service was fast. Good portions for the price and a large menu with options. My burger was tender, but I wished I ordered the sweet potato fries instead of chips. I will be back!

Update: They have revamped their menu. Get the pasta! Great service still.

Amazing food , service, and atmosphere. Shockingly good Alfredo!

Awesome place to eat. Went with some friends and had the classic Luke burger...amazing! Also tried a bite of Reuben with Pastrami and it was really good. Left with a very full and satisfied stomach. Loved the scenery inside and out and the staff was awesome!

The service was fast and friendly and the food was superb. I am absolutely in love with the Raspberry iced tea and would go back just for that. So yummy

Great place. Hip atmosphere. Great food! In and out within 45min-1 hr.

Excellent food, excellent service and such an amazing atmosphere! Our server was beautiful, helpful and invited us back again. The Abingdon Christmas Pub run stopped by and added to the festivities!

The music was fun lots of 80/90s the atmosphere was colorful with some of the best art. Very good healthy food options and out the door two meals $34 not bad for the large portions. Friendly staff with a different way of communicating loved it. Go check out this small business it’s worth the trip.

Great place to grab a bite to eat. I had the Pastrami on marbled rye bread with the delicious chips. For dessert I had the peach cobbler. Very good food and my waitress, Kristinia, was great!
