Was offered assistance immediately. Was lookin for Magnetic hooks. Team worked well 2gether. Great customer service. Store was clean& organized.

I live nearby and finally went in to check this local hardware store out. The name was so fitting, it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was helpful, prices were competitive and they even have a rewards program. I've been back two more times most recently to pick up potting soil and a snow shovel.

I heard about Pleasants for years and never made a point to stop by. I was nearby and needed an item that was niche and Lowe's/HD weren't any help. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'll for sure make it a point to stop by more often!

And when I first came in here some of the people that I encounter that work there it seemed a little I'm going to say uppity, however realizing when it gets busy and the fact that these people are actually there working and doing something rather than saying I can ring you up or I don't know or the person that works in that department isn't here and so no one can help you they are actually helping you find what you need order it listen to what you are saying and take you there specifically to the place where the products are if needed, even the manager has asked me personally to give feedback on products that are new that they didn't have familiarity with. This is absolutely the place that is almost gone that you will not find at a big box store. This particular store in branch is excellent the people that work there are there to work they are excellent. So and they are not much more expensive than any of the big box stores I definitely would use them if they don't have what you need in the store they can get it they can order it. Nine times out of 10 I would say this is the kind of place you should be giving your money and supporting. --A crabby experienced and well paid private gardener.

Wonderful people here, went above & beyond to help me! What a great store! The owners should be proud of their employees, they were so nice & helpful. A breath of fresh air in today's crazy world!

Very helpful staff. It made the entire trip. I was asked as I came in if I needed help and indeed I did. While they didn’t have what I needed, they found a great solution to my issue. Will definitely return if I have more issues

Old school helpful hardware store. I like this so much more than the box stores. The guy just led me spot to spot getting the supplies I needed. Way cool. My recent visit netted a large mogul base 3-way lightbulb. Great for my ancient floor lamp.

First I went to Lowes, never again. I had exact measurements for some glass to be cut and got home and they were off by about 2/3".

Came to Pleasant's, got the proper size glass, plus 4 other products to fix my broken window, all for $2 less than I paid for the glass from Lowes.

Great customer service! Easy to place an order online and pick up in the store. Great selection of yeti items, solo stove, big green egg grills, etc. The employees are happy to help you find exactly what you're looking for.

There is no place more pleasant than pleasant hardware. This hardware store is a life saver. Anytime I hit a brick wall, I run to this place knowing I'm safe here. Very knowledgeable, freindly, helpful staff whom even laugh at my stupid jokes😄. Keep up the good work guys.👍

Recently bought a weed eater at this location. Staff was super knowledgeable. The individual I worked with even filled it with gas, took it outside and gave me tutorial (not that it was that complicated). He was also there to when I came back to help install new wire. Overall and very friendly and personable staff with high quality products. Highly recommend.

If I could rate this higher than 5 stars, I would! Every single time I've been there I've gotten exactly the help I needed for whatever project I was working on. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Melissa! Love the rewards program and the popcorn and I make it a point to stop in whenever I'm in town. :)

I really appreciate that as soon as I enter the store a sales person immediately asks if I need help with finding anything, which I usually do! I hold up my broken lightbulb and am quickly escorted to the aisle and shown the correct replacement. So helpful especially with the myriad of lightbulbs that are there! They have everything and know what you need. Always a smile too.

This was like going into the hardware with my grandfather in the late 50s — in a great way. Every person working there is knowledgeable and helpful. The person who helped me stepped in but was surprised that she didn't have the one key blank I needed. I thanked her, saying I'd return another day. She called another Pleasants nearby, verified he had the blank, OK'd it with me and told him I'd be there in five minutes. The whole thing cost 15 minutes. Pleasants- good people.

Pleasants is, well, pleasant! Every staff member knows exactly where everything is, and if they don't have something in stock, they'll order it for you. Good prices, great people.

The only store I know of that carries the soul I need for my plant babies 🪴🥰

A much more pleasant experience than the big box stores. Prices may be. bit higher but the assistance they give and convenience is worth it. There’s a greater variety of items than expected.

Prices are a little high, but their selection is top notch, the staff is super helpful, and when you need a quality item, they'll have you covered. I prefer spending my money here to Home Depot most of the time.

Pleasants Hardware is the place to go for all your home projects. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I am DIY/Fixer novice, and have been stumbling through my home projects, and the staff always offers tips and tricks to help me through.

This place has a great candy selection. If you cannot find it at the big box stores, it will be at Pleasants, which should lead you to ask the question, "why go anywhere else?"
