Best experience with a business I have had in years! Resolute Roofing was professional, courteous and truthful. They keep us informed at all times. Materials arrived on Monday and workers on Wednesday and the entire job was completed on Friday including cleanup. The workers were on time and hard working and very nice. They made sure everything was cleaned up after each day. I highly recommend Resolute Roofing. It was a pleasure doing business with them from the very first meeting. I can’t say enough about the entire staff . Thank you we love the new roof.

After Hurricane Ian I met Dean Turner of Resolute Roofing. It was that time after a major Hurricane when you meet a multitude and variety of debris removal services, contractors, roofers etc. To me, working with people you can trust was my first concern followed closely by quality and post installation support. Being a Veteran myself learning Resolute is a veteran owned company gave me an expectation I would be dealing with honest straight forward people. My expectations are now reality. We now have a beautiful new Decra metal roof. The removal of the damaged tiles crew and new installation crew worked hard as teams and were respectful of the property. Tearing off an old roof and installing a new one is not an easy or overnight process, nor is getting much done quickly after a major Hurricane. Going through the post hurricane reroofing environment with an experienced company like Resolute and Dean I’m glad with did and would highly recommend.

I contracted Resolute Roofing to replace my roof after Hurricane Ian. Nick C. was my sales rep and was very knowledgeable and upfront with everything. Very clear and responsive with communication. Gave me an estimate for shingles and metal roofing. Offered a reasonable rate and did a very professional job. My first time replacing a roof and it was a pleasant experience. The entire process was efficient and on time from the drop off of the materials to the finishing of installation. I would certainly use them again when needed and will recommend them to anyone who needs roof repair or replace.

I’m a former contractor who owns a condo in Ft Myers. Resolute Roofing won the bid to reroof the buildings in our complex. A huge job with over 30 buildings and 80 square of roofing per building. I was so impressed with their work. They were very organized as they had to coordinate with other trades to systematically complete the job in a timely manner. The were fast, they were very neat and their workmanship was top quality! Their workers were polite and respectful. I would fully recommend Resolute for any roofing project, big or small.

Normally we don’t give reviews on work we have had done, but we feel so strongly about the quality of work we just experienced, this company deserves to be mentioned with our 5 STAR RATING. Last September when hurricane Ian hit southwest Florida, we were one of the unfortunate homeowners that needed a new roof. After doing our homework and going through the process of interviewing six roofing companies we were given the information from one of our neighbors about RESOLUTE ROOFING. We called and talked with Dean Turner who ended up being our salesman. We discussed our roofing needs with him and decided he had the solution to our needs with a stone coated steel roofing product called Decra. Since we were replacing a cement tile roof, we were somewhat nervous, but Dean assured us his company would take good care of us. I’ve got to say Dean isn’t just any ordinary salesmen. When he tells you he would take care of you he wasn’t kidding! Dean gave us a date when the old roof would be torn off and the tear off crew managed by Eduardo and his wife Julia were here bright and early in the morning. If you’ve never gone through this process, it is an extremely messy one. We were thrilled as they not only covered the plants all around the house but covered the screened porch and lanai covering the pool. When finished, they cleaned up and left the yard spotless. We experienced a similar experience with the Decra installation team managed by Ken and Calvin Rogers. Their team consisted of six hard working men who had the new roof installed in four days. Their finish work is superb, and they tried hard to please us. This experience made a bad situation into a great one. We would recommend Resolute any day of the week. The price was fair, the job was completed on time and all of the crews catered to our requests. We highly recommend RESOLUTE ROOFING COMPANY.

We had to replace our concrete tile roof and we decided to go with Resolute Roofing. They are a wonderful company to work with. We chose the stone coated steel roofing by Tilcor and we couldn’t be more pleased with the workmanship and outcome of our new roof. Great Communication! John and Randy were very professional and responsive. They both came out to meet us to discuss options. They explained everything in great detail, answered our questions and kept us informed along the way. They made the entire experience smooth and stress free. The crew was great and cleaned up as they went along. We highly recommend them!!

I cannot say enough about this company and their employees. I’ve lived in Florida since 2014 and I’ve heard horror stories about roofing companies. This company exceeded my expectations by far!!!!! My first contact with the company was Nick. He’s an extremely polite, knowledgeable, professional, respectful, conscientious, responsive young man.
There was a delay in getting my material. I was always kept in the loop. The gentleman who came to deliver the material was professional, polite and courteous.
The job site was always left pristine. Nick followed up at the end of the workday to ensure it was. They made special effort to ensure all the nails were picked up out of my yard at end of work day. Again, Nick would make a visit at the end of the day to make sure this was completed.
Again, I am so grateful that I was able to have this company do my work. They were referred to me by 2 friends from my church who were also also very pleased with their work.

Resolute was a great company to work with. They are 100% customer focused and the customer service is top notch. Navigating needing a roof replacement can be confusing and frustrating, but the folks at Resolute were there for me through the whole process and always willing to answer my million questions quickly, thoroughly and without judgement. Not to mention my roof looks amazing! The crew finished the job quickly and efficiently once my tiles arrived. I’ve heard horror stories of other companies basically stealing your insurance claim, but Resolute is in it for the customers. Mike Kelley was awesome he gave me a complete description of how everything was going to be done. I had to delay the work until the money came in from the insurance company, and as soon as I received the money, I advised him that the money was in, and in a blink of an eye, the roof was done.
