Stopped for gas on a road trip and was so surprised how kind and genuine the guy behind the counter was. I assumed he was the owner but I’m not sure. He generally just rung people up and didn’t get overly chatty but my kids were in the store a while and he struck up conversation with us. He is the nicest guy! The bathrooms were clean and the store had a little bit of everything. Throw a kind hearted person in the mix and this little gas station become a highlight of a long and difficult day.
