Taylor was patient with me taking over a week getting my check from a credit union and held the car for me that I wanted. It’s a lot more than I expected, looks mint and is incredible to drive. Thanks again for taking the time to teach me manual.

Edit: oh yea I really appreciated I didn’t get hit with hidden fees. It was just the car price + 300 doc fee off the top of my head. All the paperwork was done in 10 minutes and I was out the door.

My wife and I had a great experience here. We test drove the vehicle and decided it was the one for us. Talked to a great salesman, Patrick, and worked the price for us. After him assuring us, he would hold the truck while we went to the bank. The salesman was great. Love the truck. I had great service. Thank you.

Came back after a few weeks owning the truck. Thought that I had an issue with it. Patrick, Taylor, and Mr Fields stepped to the plate to make sure I got what I had bought. That shows me they care about their customers and they have integrity in doing what they say. I am very pleased with my purchase, and I have spread the word to friends and family. We traveled from Michigan to here and I was SUPER skeptical since it was a smaller dealership. After a few months with my vehicle, I really believe I've had the BEST car buying experience in my life.

Rear differential was leaking and was fixed on site prior to posting the vehicle for sale. Dylon was very helpful in taking the vehicle to an auto shop across the street for an inspection. He made the buying process very easy. Answered all my questions and was very timely with communication. When I did find some defects they were flexible, fair and willing to work with me on the price. The interior of the vehicle had been cleaned very very well and smelled great!

But this one thing put my experience over the top. The floor mats. Yeah, hear me out. This vehicle didn't have the original floor mats so they put down their own floor mats. Now most dealers use crummy paper mats but they had these plastic type mats that allowed me to drive around for several months while I picked out the floor mats I really wanted.

There was a mistake with the temporary license but Dylon took care of the issue immediately. How they take care of you when something doesn't go to exception is a significant measure of a business.

One thing caught me off-guard from being out of state was I had to sign a limited power-of-attorney to get the vehicle title in my name. Seemed unusual to me at the time but this is apparently a standard practice in TN.

My family has bought several vehicles from Jeff through the years. He has always been very honest and fair dealing with us. Have never been dissapointed!! His employees are also very professional. Taylor is awesome to deal with!
