What can I say Justin was a pleasure to work with along with his colleagues. This is my 3rd home purchased and they say the 3rd time is the charm well there correct. Thank you Justin and everyone at Goosehead Insurance.

I asked about changing my car insurance, no reply. My homeowners was changed because Citizens was looking to drop customers. I asked which of the two options would be better.. No reply

Justin Ross Service was VERY Poor and NOT responsive to witch made me leave this review.
Nothing but excuse from his people messing up. Justin Ross refuse to contact a customer back.
When your policy gets canceled cause they made a mistake you think they fix it and make it right.
The Corporate Goosehead Company should should be assamaed.
Run the other way unless you like problems.
my opinion is Based upon my direct experience with staff & Justin Ross himself.

While The Corporate Goosehead Company has been more than helpful ....Stay clear of the local broker, he’s not only MiA, his Asst is incompetent at follow up, causing us undue stress and money. The 1 star is for the broker and his poor customer service.
