Great insurance agents! Melissa helped me with all my insurance needs

If I could give less than one star I would. I received my homeowners renewal insurance for my home here in Broward County. I have been with Coral Financial for 20+ years. Recently I asked about looking for another homeowners policy, what I got was something 1300+ more than my current policy. They didn't seem like they wanted to do any work to look into taking care of their customers. I went searching myself and found a company/Agent in Fl called Forty Insurance Associates. They gave me a quote from the same insurance company Coral Financial did. Go figure it was less. So Forty Insurance found an insurer that gave me more coverage and LESS Money. After being with this company for 20+ years you would think they would look out for their customers.......I guess money was more important. Search out other companies and compare your quotes with agents before you settle with Coral Financial.

This is a horrible company. Agent Marie never called back, impossible to reach her, no communication and explanation and just tell you the policy is going to be cancelled during the new year. Both my husband and I tried to call her and reach her, always was told that she is on phone. HELLO, YOU MAY WANT TO HIRE AN ASSISTANT IF YOU CANNOT TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMER OR REFER YOUR CUSTOMER TO SOME OTHER AGENTS IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO DO THE WORK! Horrible experience!
