Today was first day at Metro Self storage. I have never rented a storage unit so was not familiar with the process. Edger was the representative who help me and he was great. He set the tone, was informative, and offered me water. Little did he know I had such a long day and that his perfect customer service really up lifted me. Definitely would recommend.

Maggie was super friendly and helpful in assisting my boyfriend and I with finding an appropriate storage unit for our needs. The site is open 24 hours which is nice. Having a clean safe place for our things in this time of transition is important. The location is great and it is so clean I would love there. :) Definitely would recommend over other storage units in the area.

My experience with this company has been a success. Maggie assisted me in obtaining a storage room at a reasonable price. I needed the storage like "right now" and Edgar was willing to clean and sweep it out in order for me to store my items. Hats off to the both of them. Oh my Goodness I love this storage. I was with them for 2 years and they were awesome. Maggie is my favorite person (SHE NEEDS A RAISE SHE DOES MORE THAN SHE HAS TO) she always called to give us a heads up about late payment to help us avoid fees when we were going through hard time. We moved out because we found our home in Naples but if we could stay we would. They even gave us a refunded amount cause we didn't stay the whole month I thought that was great. Thank you Metro storage Lehigh Acres for 2 awesome years❤

Metro Storage was a pleasure to deal with. Their online reservation process was easy to maneuver, with lots of units to choose from. The office staff (Tyler) was very pleasant and helpful. The whole experience was wonderful.
