Read some reviews and i know its uneducated opinion so here is some education. Banks place holds on your card depends on how ur bank is set up not any gas station it is meant to help u from overdrawing ur account and comes off within 24 hours. Yes because of covid people are short staffed and when this happens you have people working alone do one person your going need wait a bit. Mask well anyone working at a gas station is there for 10 to 16 hours without 1 break because dont get them. So give people a break and if that don't work maybe work a gas station for a week and see how well u handle you.

Great Shell gas. Easy in and out for RV. Diesel gas. Dunkin Doughnuts and Subway and Store. Easy one stop pit stop! Clean restrooms.

A nice station with an excellent coffee/coffee creamer bar that is much cheaper than next door at Dunkin’!

We came late at night looking for bottled water. The place is clean. The woman we met was super friendly and helpful. Showed us right where to find the water. It's a large store, really well appointed, open 24 hours. What a relief after the nightmare at the Exxon down the street!! Which has a ton of good star reviews... surprisingly ... probably all posted by the owner or their family.

Nothing special to this gas station. If you need gas its a decent option. Prices are always on par with everyone else. Usually stocked well with snacks and drinks.

GOT SOME gAs!

I decided to play $5 on the poker machines, which I used to do there every now and then, and actually came up to somewhere near $60. I cashed out immediately since I never win there. Unfortunately I couldn't redeem my ticket because of the hour it was and had to ask when I could. The lady, who is a manager, said I would be able to come back at 6 or 7am. So I kept my ticket to redeem my winnings. I wasn't able to make it back til 2 days later and when I did they wouldn't honor my ticket saying it was a duplicate. You can rest assured that my ticket wasn't a duplicate! Being as it was only my boyfriend, myself, and the manager in the store at the time I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if she printed up a duplicate of my winning ticket and cashed it in for herself. That is the only plausible scenario, because I know how the machines and the cashing out process works since I have been employed in a store with machines. That store will never receive my business again even if it means I have to drive 30 miles out of the way just for gas!

The older woman that works there in the morning is so rude. My gas gauge wasn’t showing the gas that I just pumped and when I went inside to ask her if she could reassure me that the gas actually got pumped because I was driving up on the mountain and I didn’t want to get stuck up there with no gas she can barely pull her face out of her phone and instead of customer service ,she was rude .Just because it’s early morning and you hate your job doesn’t mean that you make someone’s awful situation that much worse with your bad attitude .not cool

Pump said it was not ready and the women inside the store were completely clueless they told me to drive around to another pump. I have a trailer, so I will just go to the BP down the street. Nobody even came out to put an out-of-order sign on it. Would definitely recommend BP down the street, gas is cheaper to.

Multiple people not wearing masks including the only cashier. No signs posted about the mask mandate or the fact that they are required in Virginia. Definitely a public health danger.

Don't use your debit card at this shell station Everytime I do for anything wether it's gas or buying something inside it puts a double hold on my money so I have no access to it. The hold won't release until the next day. Yall need to fix this issue.

Very few people wearing masks. Waiting in line for several minutes, only one cashier up front. Bad attitudes.

Worst shell ever. Rude employees. Disrespectful.
