I had the wonderful experience of working with Ashley Pizzo in the Coral Springs office to discuss with my agent the exorbitant hike in my car insurance and homeowner's insurance when. My agent was on vacation and Ashley happy to help me. She worked extremely hard with me to figure out what can be done to get my premiums down without sacrificing too much coverage. She followed up with me via email, phone calls to assure me that she was still working things out and with her efforts we finally came to more satisfactory premiums. Ashley is patient, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, personable and eager to help. I would recommend her to anyone. I hope her company realizes what an asset she is to the team. I spoke with Mr. Christian Singletary today from State Farm. He was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He did everything he could to get the proper insurance quote for me. He completed everything in a few minutes. I had been working with another company for 2 weeks and they couldn't provide what I needed. Mr. Singletary was pleasant, patient and efficient.

Joshua helped me out with a new policy. He was so amazing the entire time while talking with him, he has great rapport building skills and made everything clear and concise to understand. He understood I was struggling with some DMV issues and worked hard to get me set up with everything I needed. I also felt that he was looking out for my best interest by trying to look for specific coverage details and looking for discounts where it could be applied. I’m really grateful that he was the one who took my call today.

Michelle called me asking if I wanted a quote for car insurance based on an inquiry I must’ve done and what a wonderful phone call it was. I needed to find a new insurance company because the one I was with had monthly payments that were absolutely ridiculous. I did an easy online quote and was totally surprised to see what my monthly payment would be. Began emailing with Christian Singletary from this company to be sure that amount was correct, was assured it was, definitely signed up and cancelled my old policy. Christian was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. In switching to State Farm I can pay both the monthly premium and my phone bill and it's still not as much as the monthly payment from the other company. So glad I switched.

I have been with State Farm Insurance for over forty years and with my last agent for the past twenty or so. I have always been happy with the service State Farm provided. Recently Rob Simon Agency became my new Agent. I spoke with Hope a few weeks ago and she was able to assist me with some paperwork. Shortly thereafter, I was surprised when Hope contacted me in order to review my policies and update and more personalize my insurance needs. I’ve been with this State Farm office for a couple years now and they’ve always treated me well. I called in yesterday to make some adjustments to my policy and Lillian was very friendly, professional and helpful in handling my request and answering my questions.

I've been a Statefarm client for a very long time and I have had a couple different Agents over the years. Rob Simon is by far the best Agency with the most knowledgable and considerate staff. I recently had an amazing client experience with Hope Laudato who went above and beyond to assist me with changes to my Home Owners Insurance Policy.
