Kelvin’s project management skills ensured seamless coordination of various crews, resulting in a beautiful and well-executed renovation. Alex was professional and flexible from day 1. My Father in Laws home needed some updating to get his home ready for the real estate market.
Alex and his team painted, installed new floors, power washed, took cabinets out and hauled away debris in a timely manner. Alex paid attention to details and made sure the property was ready for cleaning crew. We just moved in and wanted some bedrooms , living room and outside painted fairly quickly . Alex was able to accommodate us quickly and his crew did an amazing job . They were on time , very courteous and polite , did great quality work and cleaned up really well after and finished earlier than planned . I was extremely delighted with the work that was done on my two bathrooms my kitchen and laundry room. Alex and his team were amazing. They finished before the due date and went over and above on all of it. His team painted all my interior walls and ceiling, put on new trim and baseboards, installed new light fixtures throughout and installed all new floors in my house. They did a fabulous job.

This is the second job I have used Quality Painting by Alex for. He painted the exterior of my home almost 4 years ago and it still looks immaculate, even the gutters he painted over after letting me know it may not last.
This time he painted the whole interior of my home and lanai area. Him and his staff have once again amazed me. Not only are they professional and hardworking, they are friendly and make sure it make the experience as easy as they can for the customer.

The nicest people to deal with, they did a great job and I couldn’t be happier. Very responsive to question and Mike would come out every morning to make sure all is going well. Other contractors should take lessons from these guys.

Aline was very helpful in finding our remnant countertop and scheduling our installation, although sometimes hard to reach on the phone.
The installers work quickly and did excellent job of lining up the veins in our Quartz Countertop.
We were very please with our overall experience and would use First Impressions again and recommend them to friends.

Both the staff, and their work, exceeded every one of our expectations. Our updated bathrooms and kitchen look fabulous! Our designer, Alex helped design layouts that were functional, and GORGEOUS! our Project Manager, was on top of every detail and kept us informed throughout the project. No project is complete without a few surprises, and First Impression tackled the project and made it look easy. They do amazing work, and without doubt, we will use First Impression for future projects. Their customer service and work is unmatched in this industry.

I had a big vision for my new bathroom and my new kitchen. I did my diligence, got three bids, and proceeded. First Impression was the only contractor willing to do the job, and did it within my budget. Anyone can throw up some builder's grade nonsense, but if you really want to do something special, you need someone like Alex and his crew. The tile work is absolutely incredible.

Alex runs a great painting company -- which means he plans his work and then he works his plan -- and he communicates as he goes along.

I had Alex & his team paint the exterior of my house when I was back north, and so I checked his work on other houses in the community before hiring them since I wouldn't be there to observe. What I found is that their attention to detail is excellent, the organization of their work site is great and when they're working they're working. So I got a quote that seemed reasonable (not the lowest but in line with what I thought it would cost) and now after getting the work done I'm glad I did.

They show up on time, finished on schedule and did great painting work. On top of that, I've found Alex to be a great guy and a pleasure to talk with. These guys get a top recommendation from me, and they're the only painters I'll use in Naples going forward.

I can't rave enough about this company. The owner is "on the job". Yes believe it...u call him with a concern...hes there. Edi couldn't be more respectful and accommodating. Each of his crew members was an expert in their field and Very Neat which was big for me. I'm a single woman and had reservations about a bunch of different strange men in my space. They as well were all professional, kind and respectful. And my kitchen...it's honestly beautiful. First Impressions is a well oiled machine! You'll be very very pleased!
