As a fabricator we send our customers to select stones here at Omicrom. The office people are friendly, knowledgeable about their products and super easy to work with. Great company.

We shopped around Lee County for granite companies and ultimately landed with Omicron. We arrived 30 minutes before closing time. We were greeted by JR Remington. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He guided us through the process enabling us to take the time we needed to choose our favorite color from their large inventory. Their prices were within our budget and couldn’t be happier. It was such a pleasure working with you JR! We have had so many compliments! Thank you for your time and assistance!

Omicron has a large selection of unique granite, tile and sinks.

They don't have the biggest selection - but they have the best selection. It appears that they hand pick each slab. The staff is helpful and friendly. I had a complicated order to fill and the manager, JR, was very knowledgeable and super patient.

Every delivery we get is handled professionally and the granite is always beautiful. Great selection of granite at affordable prices.

I love this company and I’ve been working with Omicron / Cesarstone for years now because of the inventory, pricing and customer service, however, this store is run by the rudest staff ever ( especially the manager) He gives this company a bad name and I bet pretty soon with his attitude he will get the company involved in some lawsuit. I don’t write many reviews but this one I had to.
P.S. To the manager. I don’t know what’s wrong with you but I think you need a chill pill.

The business will only survive because of the granite or porcelain it sells.. Not
Because of the two girls in the office. They were totally disinterested in my business or helping me. It truly amazes me that customer service can be this bad and a business still flourish.

Beware! I purchase a cutting tool and after 3 months it stopped working. I went to the shop to try and get a resolution and was mistreated and discriminated against by JR Remington. Instead of helping he wanted to fight and told me to get out and that they don’t offer any warranty on their products. They were disrespectful and I will never do business with them again.

I was greeted walking in the door by someone screaming " this is a showroom, not a f--king warehouse". Two gals at front desk mumble and have no customer service skills. I'll purchase my quartz elsewhere.

Aqui todo salió mal..Como cliente fui a comprar dos piedras de quartz el día 6/5/2021 aproximadamente a las 11:30 am y había una señora latina que habla Español ,no se su nombre: recibí de ella el peor trato cuando llegue al lugar.. yo como cliente tenia dudas sobre el quartz que pensaba comprar y le estaba pidiendo a la señora que me explicara , pero ella me mandaba a callar constantemente y me decía que la escuchar a ella, porque solo me decía que no me iba a compañar y que fuera yo solo a mirar por el almacén, pienso que ella nunca estuvo dispuesta ayudarme y enseñarme los quartz,ella se sentía molesta porque llegué al lugar.. ella tenia una actitud muy grosera y con mucha autoridad bruta y no tenia ganas de trabajar...yo me sentí mal y fui a otro lugar a comprar mi quartz ...no pienso comprar nada por ahora en esta tienda mientras esta señora permanezca ahí , ella no sabe tratar a los clientes con educación es mala educada ..mi esposa y yo nos sentimos ofendido por esta empleada grotesca....espero que esto ayude a mejora la compañía para un futuro
