Blue Matisse

We enjoyed Easter brunch Today at Blue Matisse! First of all the presentation was absolutely gorgeous. The team must’ve worked so hard because everything looked so beautiful and delicious. And let me tell you it was absolutely delicious - impossible to try everything, but what I tried was just so yummy! Standing ovation.!

We were greeted very warmly by the hostess, Beatriz. When we sat down, German took excellent care of us. He’s very pleasant and just so customer focused! We love that and it made us feel so good. The food was amazing! Excellent omelet, cappuccino and chocolate muffin!! Beatriz also came by occasionally to check on us. Thanks so much German for a great breakfast and unsurpassed customer service! You rock!!

Great service from three of your amazing waiters/waitresses. To be specific:

1. Mr. German goes above and beyond to ensure top notch customer service. He is simply the positive, motivated leader who you build your team around. He is unquestionably a SUPERSTAR!!

2. Mr. Bostone is very energetic and focused on the best customer service. Always has a smile and is very positive. A true team player!

3. Mrs. Aubry has been here during several of my visits and she is simply the epitome of leadership and customer service. Her personal candor and professionalism makes this atmosphere a pleasure to dine in.

Our server German was really attentive. Very pleasant and couldn’t do enough for us. Made the breakfast experience a really relaxing nice one. The food was excellent a brilliant choice of hot and cold food. We also had omelettes made to order. The berries were great and the Earl Tea was amongst the best I tasted with boiling water (as I’m from the UK it’s always hard to get boiling water for tea in the USA) All in all a great breakfast experience. My sister and I came here to eat breakfast before we embarked on our Carnival cruise. My server Auri was so attentive and funny. The service she provided us was phenomenal. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I had to get a second plate. We will definitely eat here again.

Great breakfast buffet. Bostone, especially, was an attentive server. What a lovely spread. Included ham and cheeses, lox with all the add-ons (egg, capers, red onion slices, even a lemon wedge). Didn't order the omelette, but stayed at the bar for scrambled, bacon, sausage. There was a Spanish potato pie wedge and something else that looked like a pig-in-a blanket, but had instead a sweet savory interior.

Stopped in for dinner on a Friday night. We are staying at the Intercontinental and didn’t want to drive out anywhere. We got dressed and headed downstairs. No line or wait.

We opted for the Miami Spice menu. Everything was delicious and we were so stuffed.

We will recommend to others and return back again.

Buffet is a bit pricy but all the food was very good and you can eat a LOT. German and the staff were very friendly and hard working- very attentive. Loved that the buffet had some healthy options like green juice and oatmeal. Will definitely be back!

Excellent food and service. The steaks we ordered for dinner was cooked to perfection and salad was very fresh. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Our Server Boston is very polite, attentive and offers service with a personal touch. Boston made our experience extraordinary.

Really good continental breakfast, Bostone was very nice with us all the 7 mornings.

Our server, Bostone was patient and funny 😂. Such a nice personality he has. I had the breakfast buffet which was great with all the varieties of food.

Doing my errands I went there for All American Breakfast. The blond hostess & Bostone very awesome service. Yes I will repeat. This building has a good atmosphere & nice layout too. This visit is in part of a promise I made to my then ex German-American gf. Cue in the song Got 2 Luv U by Sean Paul.

This is the best place to have lunch in Doral. I tried the American buffet on Thursdays and Mexican on Tuesdays. The food is varied because they have meats, 5 different types of ceviches, green salads and prepared salads, desserts, soup and a variety of cheeses and hams. For only $24 we had top international food! And the food can only be surpassed by the incredible service that by Our server Aury and Beatriz who were always aware that our lunch was Perfect!

There were 11 of us and German was extraordinary in his service to us. It was three of our birthdays and made sure we each had our own piece of cake and ice cream. Not only that, he kept coming back to ensure we all had what we needed. The buffet is delicious and very generous.

We ate breakfast here every day of our stay at the Intercontinental Doral. The food is great and there is a very good selection for breakfast. Bostone, our server, was outstanding in his attention. He made our mornings brighter. We would love to be back soon!

I was served by a very nice gentleman, Mr Bostone Germain. He was very attentive to our needs, remembering our I liked my coffee in te morning, and above all, always welcoming with his smile. He made our stay memorable. The other crew at night was also very nice and the bartender is a full of stories from Cuba. Being from Haiti, we share a lot of history of both islands.
Way to go Intercontinental!!

Came here for an office function. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional. Also, my waiter, Bostone, was so pleasant and helpful.
