Love working in this company. I joined them on June 2021 and I couldn’t be happier…
Everyone at Realty100 is friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. I’m getting the broker support I was looking for with them. Janelle, the office administrator is simply amazing! She’s always on top of absolutely everything! Paul and Michael Mandel are incredible lawyers and are always telling their agents to call them with any questions they may have. Always encouraging everyone to be the best they can be. They also offer a lot of training and support to their agents. I highly recommend them.

I started working with Realty100 after being with a worldwide large brokerage for a few years. Realty100 has a smaller boutique feeling however they operate on a large scale. They have an amazing support team which includes a broker, who is also an attorney. Any time I have ever had a question, the leadership team was extremely responsive - even on evenings and weekends. Most 100% commission brokerages do not offer much. However, Realty100 has all of the benefits of a worldwide large brokerage from weekly trainings (sometimes daily!) to transaction and CRM applications. I would highly recommend joining this team if you area a real estate agent in South East Florida.

I have been a realtor in South Florida for over 25 years. I joined Realty 100 January 2021 and I am so happy I made the decision to move my license there. Most of the paperwork is done online and my broker Michael Mandel is always available to meet with me. We have an excellent support team (Janelle & Vanessa) who are always available to answer my questions and help out when needed. I get my 100% commission checks the same day after my deals close. I can't believe I waited all these years to make this move, but so happy I did!

Karen was one of the most pleasant and knowledgeable realtors I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. I’ve known many realtors due to family connections in that industry.

She knows the local market like the back of her hand. She was able to offer insights regarding certain areas that wouldn’t appear on the listing. This greatly aided us in our searching from out of state.

We have an emotional support dog and we’re worried that might complicate matters. Karen assuaged our concerns and educated us regarding our furry family member’s rights in HOAs.

Her persistence and determination allowed us to close before the end of the year which has tax benefits. It seemed the other parties would’ve been ok with a delayed closing. She was able to intervene when the HOA manager kept dropping the ball.

Karen stayed in regular communication during our search and stepped up the frequency after we went under contract. She had answers at her fingertips for almost every question.
