I recently had the pleasure of purchasing furniture from Modo Furniture, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel like a valued customer.

What really stood out to me about Modo Furniture was the personalized experience I received. The sales representative I worked with took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and was able to recommend pieces that were perfectly suited to my style and budget.

Carla is amazing! She has great attention to detail and excellent customer service. We are very please with our new bed frame. The team made the custom bed in 2 weeks and the delivery and installation process was very smooth. Thank you again!

I want to thank Tiami, Carla, and Carlos the owner/manager, for their time, and professional courtesy, with trying to assist me in locating a queen bed on short notice. I did find a floor model white leather bed which I liked; however, the next day decided to hold off on such a large purchase, as it was a bit steep for my current budget. I want to emphasize that the store has a final sale, (no refund/exchange) policy on floor models but Carlos went the extra mile in understanding my situation and refunded the large deposit back to my credit card although it would be a loss to him. He put the customer FIRST before PROFIT! I must say in my five years living in Miami, this is very unusual; so I wanted to shine a light on this business— MODO FURNITURE! For sure I will return to their locations in Coral Gables and Doral.

I recently purchased a table for my dining room at Modo Furniture. The customer service was actually really great. I recommend stopping by; they have a very decent selection of modern furniture, and the prices aren't bad either.
